Location doesn't have near restaurants to dine in. The Deluxe room is so small compared to other Deluxe Rooms we checked in to. Only 1 elevator is working It's taking too much time to check out Buffet food has few choices of food Massage is too expensive

2/10 Poor

The overall stay was not good. The hotel bed was not well maintained. It has bed bugs. I havent slept well because of being itchy always.

2/10 Poor

The room I stayed in was terrible. The room smells like mildew and the water pressure was weak. I got sick after my stay there. Staffs are great. However, i paid almost $100 for one night and think that i paid to much for a subpar room.

古いホテルだ。

急きょ予約したので、いい部屋が残っていなかったのかもしれないが、快適な部屋ではなかった。バルコニーはあったが、眺望はない。

The hotel needs upgrading. No remote control for the aircon. No HD channels on the TV.

Poorly designed and managed hotel, grossly over priced to be it worthwhile.

We didn't notice until the next day, but there was dried up fecal matter in the mattress. Apparently it was not replaced and cleaned before we checked in. The room was too small for the price.

An old cozy hotel

Its a good place for an overnight stay for a small family. The hotel is an old one and cozy but the food is good...amenities are few but location is okay.

Room are very small

Room is very smalll. Towels are old and look like rags. Only 1 key can be given despite paying for 3 guests in one room. Ordered pizza for room service and was not given a plate nor fork nor napkin! Selection in the Food in breakfast buffet was not that good.

Still good but needs to maintain.

We stayed at room 208. Room was ok problem is the smell of the pillows. It was stinky and we immediately requested housekeeping to change the pillows which was promptly done. Problem was the headboard, which was made of fabric. Same smell. Good points: Fast check in and check out. Buffet breakfast was very good with many choices. Excellent service. Will still go back.

Overrated and overpriced

Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. Rooms 512 & 508 were horrible. Not what the picture shows, there were no towel swans on our beds. In fact the towels we had were thin and worn out. The bathroom is so small your knees touch the wall and you have to move around to open the door. Water pressure was low. The internet WiFi didn’t work in 512 and was poor in 508. The walls were stained with water from the AC unit and the floor in 508 was separating. Beds had a fitted sheet and comforter, no flat sheet. My room had dirty floors and a dirty balcony. Paid top dollar for the rooms but felt like I was staying in a 1 Star place. The breakfast area was very nice and staff was polite and pleasant.

Windy day in Tagaytay

The service was fast as always. Our needs were attended to immediately. Only problem was the pool was closed during our stay.

One Tagaytay Place 12-13 Nov 2017

Overall stay was great. Only thing we didn't like was the pool. It's not heated but view from pool deck was exhilerating. Hope they take time to improve it.

Good place

Hotel is a really good place, nice room with good amenities. Room is clean, but is smaller size than what we expected. Only con is that you can hear everything in the room. Our room is facing the function room and there was a party on our first night and my husband was not able to sleep until about 4am, when the party ended. Traffic is also bad in the area, but it is not the hotel's fault. The roads in Tagaytay is just really narrow. Besides that, our stay has been wonderful. Food is really good. Staff are all friendly and accomodating too.

The 1st room they gave us smells like an old house and the bed sheets was not in good condition. The 2nd room provided to us was a connecting room. The other room has an infant and we can really hear the baby when he's crying so we asked to be transferred to another room because we booked for 2 nights.

6/10 Good

I wasn't able to sleep well 'coz you could hear next door occupants talking & laughing at 2am. We did not like their buffet breakfast. The choices were only crispy tawilis, longganisa & scrambled eggs. Not worth 600 per head. They have coffee maker inside the room but there was no coffee, tea or creamer available.

We had stayed at the hotel twice with my family, the staff were courteous and accommodating. However our last stay was disappointing. The rooms available were at the ground and second floors only. Breakfast ran out of food because of a reserved function.

Good Enough

I guess this is a 3-star hotel. But I think this is a boutique hotel. Checking in and out is not a problem. When I reached my room it was a bit small considering that the bed is queen-size. There is a small sofa set. Table top kitchen with electric kettle and the complimentary coffee and tea plus bottled water. There are stains in the wall paper. Aircon and TV are both not working. The view from the terrace was a village What I liked is the immediate response of the front desk manager who made sure that maintenance personnel attend to the needs of the customer. By the way, the hotel is near 7-11 So I left my hotel for sight seeing. When I arrived there was a complimentary fruit platter for the inconvenience that I had experience. Bravo! They have enough parking. They served buffet breakfast at Verve, hotel’s function room. They have the salad and fruit station. They serve a variety of bread. They also have cereals. Champorado was so-so. They also serve plain & garlic rice, scrambled egg, adobo, pork viand, pancake and sautéed tuna flakes. For drinks, they have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, iced tea and fresh orange juice. This is the saving grace of the hotel. If you are just looking for a place to stay. This is

2/10 Poor

Bit of a rip off

Webpage pictures are very decieving. Room is very worn out, small and tight, bathroom is very small, very poor toilet maintenance, bed is small - my feet are touching the edge. We have to let go of one night stay and move to another hotel because we cant stand the quality of the room.
