Exceptional Boutique Hotel

A Rare gem & quaint area near Mrt & Little India, 24hrs Mustaffa Centre. Price was affordable (please don't increase) ☺️ I love that the hotel Modern interior was well kept & great amenities there's a Pool!! They even hv a Viral Halal Cafe & near 7-eleven. Would be nice if there was an Aromatherapy air purifier to make a more relax atmosphere in the room and iron and board. Keep up the excellent service & cleanliness.

If you’re a solo woman traveling pls read

It was good for a quick stay, but there were little bugs crawling around the room and the lock and latch on our door was broken, very unsafe if you’re traveling alone but I was traveling with another person so we decided to stay. Also heard people down the hall having sex, it was not a good first impression in the first 10 minutes lol. Staff at the front desk were nice though.

Incredibly dirty flea pit. Inexistant housekeeping. How this hotel manage to pass any form of hygiene inspection is beyond comprehension. Hair everywhere including pillows blanket and bedsheet.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed. The room is extremely small, dark and dirty. Of course, the hotel rate is not expensive. But, it is not at the budget hotel level. The bed is on a 1 feet platform, which is surrounded by four walls with only a small opening for me to go from the bed to the door with a 1 feet tall step. There are windows on one of the walls. But, the opposite hotel is blocking the light. The room is very dark in general. As my room is at the third floor, I can clearly hear noise from the street. The toilet with bathroom is very small and dark. The lighting in the bathroom is ridiculous … very weak light blue to the roof. I basically cannot see any thing clearly during bath. They put a wooden plate next to the bed to work as a desk. But, it is only 1 feet from the floor. This is completely crazy! The save-box doesn’t work. The hotel room is very noise. I can hear people talking in the other rooms. There are families with kids making noise all day long. Right next to the hotel is the Singapore Funeral Home (Singapore Casket Co. (Pte) Ltd.). If you want to go to the Bendemeer MRT station, you must go pass it. All staffs are not helpful except one lady! It seems like the entire hotel is running by that lady, who is doing all the works. Others are just sit there and say no to all your questions and requests. I deeply regret that I selected this hotel. The photos and information given on the website shows only a small part of the truth (in fact, misleading

我選了家庭房，有小閣樓雙人床在樓上，一樓單人床。我們那天下午3點多check in, 等很久，我排在第三個，等了很久回頭望隊伍已經又增加了，大概全部有7-8人。櫃檯只有一位男的在處理，另一位女生不知道在忙什麼。很久之後女生才加入幫客人check in 我們的房間在一樓，櫃檯的斜後方，一樓大廳的公共廁所在房間斜對面。整個感覺不太好，緊急逃生門也在房間隔壁，清潔人員也會從那邊進出，一直聽到開關門聲音。 晚上11/12點還可以聽到櫃檯的人隱約說話的聲音。那天我們真的太累了，忍著沒有出去説太吵了。 房間是完全沒有wifi signal, 我都要走到大廳的位子才有訊號，這點有跟櫃檯說，回覆我他們會查下訊號，但我想他們自己知道房間應該就是沒訊號的。 再來房間內的衛浴應該只要給不便人士可使用，那個門是關不起來，小孩在洗澡房間冷氣一直會進來，我們都一直打噴嚏，水也到處流 唯一的優點有小閣樓，小孩很喜歡。但我很失望，是不值得花這個價格的房間是
