The persolell, at the front desk and restaurant were all SUPERB. Room number 501 is recomended with two roof terraces, jacuzzi, upstair bedroom, 2 bathrooms... OK, the hotel could do with an fixer-upper, but all the rest was so good that it didn't matter.

Hotel Flora is in a great location in Cagliari, close to all the sights. Best of all is their staff from the front desk to the dining room, we got the best reception. Our room was very comfortable with all the amenities. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety to satisfy any picky eater. We had dinner 2 out of the 3 nights we were in Cagliari and throughly enjoyed the dishes prepared for us. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Hotel and room were clean and bed was comfortable. Room temperature could have been better. AC should stay set to a chosen temperature during the stay. When returning to the room the end of the afternoon, it was too warm.

This was our first experience of a hotel-based holiday with the family and Hotel Flora was the perfect spot for a city-based experience. The staff we're so welcoming, friendly and helpful. When a few things went wrong with the facilities, those were fixed quickly and when we wanted help with arranging excursions or advice on somewhere to eat, we got some really good recommendations. The rooms (junior suite) were impressive with a good lounge space on one level and a separate bedroom up above with a spacious and well equipped bathroom. The hotel was also very close to the train station and bus terminals (walking distance), giving easy access to the local beaches and beyond. Breakfast came with the room and there was a good selection of continental and cooked breakfast available. We also ate once at the restaurant, which was a super experience, the food was great and service excellent. Truly a lovely stay, great value and thoroughly recommended.

We enjoyed this hotel in the centre of Cagliari. It is particularly suited if you are arriving in the port from Sicily on a crossing that berths in the evening, being only a few hundred yard from the port. Our junior suite was lovely, and the staff super helpful. Parking can be arranged in the large spacious car park by the station, which is only three minutes walk from the Hotel. If you get the chance, book to eat at Sa Domu Sarda next door. Absolutely excellent.

We love Hotel Flora! We first stayed at the hotel in 2022 and again this October. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, and shopping. It is quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and it is a bonus to have a restaurant as well that serves very good food. The staff are very professional and helpful. We will be back!

The only issue was that the description on Expedia says there is parking available, but the only available parking is paid street parking or paid parking at the train station or ferry docks. The hotel provided a parking pass for a reduced rate, which was appreciated. The parking lot is close by.
