Outdated furniture and carpet. Some strange smell like its too humid inside room. Clean but I wouldn’t recommend. For only 20$ more you have decent room and really comfortable beds plus breakfast in the Travelodge hotels.

The only thing that is different from other motels is that you have to sign in and pay through a little window. You cant go inside the office. Didnt bother us. There is a very nice clean pool, but we didnt use it. Very nice big clean room. Comfy beds.

Very clean sheets and comfortable bed which is most important. Was put off by grungy old furniture. Walls, upholstery and old furniture could use a good cleaning and/or oiling/polishing. One old wire hanger. Room was nice and large. Lots of trains going by. Had to stand outside in cold for check-in and check-out at a tiny check-out window!

Room in no way matched the listing. Bed had one light blanket on a cold winter's night. I did eventually get the heater working of a fashion. And they charged me 101.69 not the rate I was quoted of around 90. Just hated the place. Didn't sleep a wink.

I booked this hotel with Expedia for Sep 2 to Sep 3 2022, unfortunately when I arrived there, the lady told me there was no room available for me, I showed her booking confirmation from Expedia but she kept saying no room for me and she is very rude after arguing with her she said there was no my name on the booking list and she showed her computer and I found my name there but it showed cancel beside my name, I have no clue how it's happened, end up I had to find another hotel last minute with more money to spend, never book Westmount motel as she can cancel at anytime without your knowledge and very rude person.

Overall for the money paid the hotel was great besides a few minor things ! 1 - DO NOT ever tell your guests that you gave them a room with two beds instead of one so try to use only one bed ! 2 - Please have TWO towels instead of ONE for TWO guests !!! And PLEASE put in some hand towels and facecloths !!! 3 - Make sure your cable actually works !!! Thanks :)

Clean but dated. A/C worked well, bed was comfy. Shower pressure was very good, but tub could use traction (it was quite slippery). Only one light bulb per fixture (each had space for two), and no closet bar to hang anything on, but for the price, I would stay again.

The beds at least were comfortable, but the room was very musty and leaving the windows open for two days didn't help. The water never got hot. There is a pool out front, full of water, but not in use this year. Don't know why. It was okay for sleeping only, very depressing otherwise.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom has been completely redone. It could use an extra bed side table and a new lamp. They don't have an ice machine and unfortunately the pool wasn't open. But overall a good place to stay for the money.
