Needs Updating but a Safe Stay

Firstly, office staff was very polite, and it was an easy check-in and check-out. The room looked nothing like pictured and is in need of serious updating. Although it was seemed clean enough, it felt old and dark with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The bed was comfortable enough and the area seemed safe enough too. It was just off the highway but was quiet stay for just passing through.

Good budget-friendly place in Dodge City

Spacious and clean room. Good value for the price in my opinion. Clean bathroom with working shower. Hot/cold water in faucet and shower. Microwave and fridge in unit. No breakfast. Would be nice if coffee was offered.

I'd stay there again...

My room was perfectly fine. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the TV was large enough to see across the room, there was a fridge and microwave and ironing board, and the air conditioner worked just fine. There was a pretty bad smell in the room, but I guess I got used to it after a while. I was on the second floor and I was very quiet while walking across the room, but I think the people in the room below me beat on their ceiling, so maybe the floors are pretty thin. I would absolutely stay there again. The price is perfect for me. There were lots of motorcycle travelers staying there, and I like that.

The only problem I had was when I checked in they told me they had a no dog allowed policy. That is clearly listed wrong on Expedia's website and needs correcting. They graciously allow me to check in with my dog in spite of their recently changed policy about allowing pets.

I was absolutely appalled at how dirty the whole place was. Parking lot and the room were extremely rundown and needed a good scrubbing from top to bottom. The walls had tobacco stains on it and the air conditioner looked like it was going to fall off the wall! I will never stay there again.

Wir haben diese Hotel als Zwischenstopp für einen Roadtrip gebucht. Genau nach dem Motto you. Get What You Pay, bewerten wir diese Unterkunft. Tatsächlich ist es so, dass die Unterkunft neben einer Rinderschlachtstation ist. Man bekommt von dem Schlachten nichts mit, aber es riecht sehr stark nach Stall. Zudem sind sehr viele Fliegen in dieser Gegend. Ungeachtet dessen darf man sagen, dass das Hotel wirklich den Preis gerecht wird beziehungsweise in Ordnung ist.

Very tall beds!

The Hotel was very clean, but the beds were abnormally high, and I had to jump up into the bed, which I found odd, but once in bed, it was very comfortable. I slept in the center, as I was afraid of falling out if I rolled over. I'd say they were over 3 feet off the floor. The toilet also had a sour sewage odor when I flushed, even when i simply urinated, but the shower and sink had no order when I used them. The owner was very nice.

Thin floor

On my first stay at this motel, I was in room 207. I stated that while everything was great, the floor must be very thin because the people below me banged on the ceiling in the morning. I was very quiet, so I didn't quite get it. My second stay, I stayed in room 107, And every step that the people above me made I could hear. It didn't bother me, but it might bother some people.

The pictures online don't tell the whole stroy of this place. I should rank in the bottom 10 in Hotel selections do to the location, the first impression, lobby checkin, parking, to the actual rooms physical condition. I like to review the rooms by inspecting them thorughly. Black mold at the bottom of the mirror close to the facuet. No sink or shower tub water stoppers. Trim boards around the entry door to the open sink area were either never cleaned and also had mold. Dark carpet of course tells us all one thing doesn't it (keep your socks on!). Bed was worn, apparently they don't flip the mattresses.

We had to move rooms because our first room the rubber surrounding the refrigerator door had black mold and the freezer compartment did as well The staff changed it out but then created a bigger mess taking it out with the water. And the chair that was provided was filthy that why we moved rooms. Went to get ice and the laundry room was filthy and gross. The area around the motel was kinda iffy. There was dandelion fluff blowing everywhere it was hard to breathe they need to do some major weed control. And no breakfast but at least the sheets and shower was clean

This is a older property but the room looked very new and modern. They have done a great job of keeping the room (the most important part of a stay) up to date. The room was spacious and very very clean. The bed was comfortable and I sleep very well. When I return it will be my first choice of a place to stay. Also, the staff was very friendly and wanted to insure my stay was a pleasant one.
