Very good in general, nice and clean facility. I especially appreciated that the family room had two "real" double beds and not the usual bedcouch for the children that you get at many hotels. The city centre is not near but easy to reach with public transportation.

Room was spacious, clean and a 7 min walk to either the tram or the bus stop. Little fridge added was very convenient and useful. Staff was not particularly friendly but did their job nonetheless. We had to insist about getting the free drink that Expedia offered to us for being gold members. Check out time at noon was great and rare to see anymore.

All good👍 Easy check-in and nice clean rooms. Parking was good and safe, but a bit costly at 16 Euro/day and approx. 500m walk from hotel. Breakfast for 18 Euro and kids free was worth it - great quality and selection of food👍 Evening restaurant was missed - include that and we’d give a 5-start rating👍

Convenient

Friendly and helpful staff. A bit out of center town, but easy commute with tram and subway (20-25min). Parking is not part of hotel, a block away (if coming with car). Served is well.

Check in experience was awful. Not only were the staff unfriendly, they almost sent me to the other building incorrectly and when I filled out the check in form, it showed a remaining balance even though I'd paid in full via Expedia. When I told the receptionist, she responded with a rude attitude until her coworker corrected her and told me to ignore the balance. The hotel itself is also in poor condition, with one of the elevator doors barely functioning. The room was poorly designed sparse, and had none of the basic amenities. Body wash was used in place of everything including hand soap, there was a single power outlet next to the bed and the shower head was not good. I was glad to only be staying one night and will never go there again.

Hotel fuori dal centro ma in un bel quartiere residenziale, comodo ai mezzi pubblici. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bagno separato dalla doccia. Personale non eccezionale ma disponibile. C’è una stazione di ricarica di fronte all’hotel ma occorre fare tutto in autonomia. Parcheggio dell’hotel poco distante al coperto. Ottima qualità prezzo

Bom hotel, mas com difícil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos. Demoramos 1h10min para conseguir um táxi para nos levar ao aeroporto. Uber então, não conseguimos pedir. Do hotel a Marienplatz é necessário pegar um ônibus e metrô.

The pillows were really incomfortable and the mattress was really too hard. The hotel is very poorly soundproofed. We can hear people talking in other rooms. The hotel is a bit ar from the center but the bus stop is a 3 minute walk away and the one of tram, at 4 minutes. The terrace and bistro are nice. However, the breakfast buffet is really too expensive at 20 euros

Recht modernes Hotel mit gutem Service Nähe Schwabing/Milbertshofen. Parkgarage fussläufig drei Minuten entfernt gegen Aufpreis. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet für 20€ Aufpreis pro Person. Leider nur wenige Steckdosen, keine USB Anschlüsse und im abgeteilten WC keine Lüftung, keine Einzeldecken im Queensbett und nur zwei Kissen. Preis/Leistung noch ok.

We had a wonderful stay here and already miss it. The location is perfect – tucked away in a quiet spot north of München yet only a short walk to the tram, which made getting around so easily. I really appreciated the hotel’s clever scheme where you can swap a room cleaning for free drinks – a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. Everything was comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very welcome from start to finish. Highly recommended to families.

Beim Frühstück hatte ich den Eindruck, dass die Servicekräfte nicht ganz hinterher gekommen sind. Ansonsten war die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gut. Das Zimmer war super, lediglich die Schiebetür zum Bad ist für zwei Personen nicht so praktisch. Es war sehr sauber und neu renoviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig.
