The front desk staff very unprofessional, rude, and they looked like they had no idea what they are doing. Going up towards the room, the hallways were completely filthy, looked like they haven’t been cleaned…never? The room was the same, dirty, the sheets were stained and no towels in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. It’s a shame because the area is lovely.

Avoid if you can

From check in to check out this wasn't a great experience. The check is was extremely long when all i wanted to do was drop my bags as I was early. Eventually when I did check in the room cards didn't work ....nor did the replacements. The room could have been cleaner and so could the bedsheets. The hotel never addressed any concerns. There was no chair for the desk. You could hear the noise from the main highway quite loudly so I hardly slept for 2 or the 3 nights and it took ages to get lifts so everything took an age. I would avoid this place if you can. I spoke with other guests to see how they felt and they all said the same as me.

The service is fairly good but sometimes communication requesting for a mere hand towel took more than 3 hours...I liked the Gym, sonar and steam and the personnel were going extra mile to assist the client...

The room was old and not well maintained.

Staffs are kind and the location is good. However, the room I stayed was not maintained well. The shower booth was not well isolated and the bathroom floor was flooded after taking a shower. Other than that, the view was good and the sleep was good.
