Our 2 bed apartment was very comfortable, and nicely appointed. There were a few stains on some of the fabric surfaces, which probably need better cleaning or replacing, but overall was a very nice place to stay and centrally located. Excellent size too, with fully equipped kitchen. Would recommend this hotel.

Disappointing

We arrived at our prebooked accomodation at Quest Mildura. After check-in we were advised that the lift was broken. This was quite a shock after traveling all day and being older parents of an adult son with a disability, it was quite a chore getting our luggage and ourselves up to the third floor to our room. We realise these things can happen, but given that management were aware of the issue the day before our arrival, we feel it should have been a priority to contact guests as soon as possible to give them the choice to find alternative accomodation. Although the staff were very apologetic and offered to help carry our luggage, fact remains that we had to negotiate the stairs to and from the third floor everytime we wished to go out. When questioned on the matter we found the manager to be very rude and hostile, and where shocked when she suggested several times that we should leave. We found our room to be as expected in a quakity establishment. But the carport is very smallandthe car spaces narrow, making car access difficult Needless to say we are very disappointed with our stay at Quest Apartments Mildura.
