Great hotel! The room had a comfy bed and pillows. I loved that there was a desk and chair. The room is really dark and quiet at night. Close to the train station so easy to get to Cinque Terre. Make sure to contact the hotel before checking in since there is no one on-site. I had trouble checking in because of this. Also, I had trouble with the wifi working/staying connected.

The owner and his partner were nice and helpful. He was there for us when we arrived late for check-in. We arrived after dark so the area was a little dark as we walked to our hotel, but it was safe overall in daylight. Was 8 minute walk to the train station, walkable to the boat dock (though hilly coming back!) and to the town square with shopping and meal options. A pleasant place to stay when exploring Cinque Terre!

This was a very nice place near the La Spezia Centrale train station. We walked there and had many shopping and dining options around us. The staff were very nice and communicated with us for check in. I highly recommend this place.

The location was good and close to lots of restaurants and train station. Staying in LaSpezia is a great jumping off point for exploring Cinque Terre. The wifi was a little spotty at times. The shower was very small and the air conditioning didnt work. It wasnt very hot out so not an issue as we could keep the window open but this posed a problem as there was a lot of noises and activity outside our window at night. Other than that the room was well kept and very secure.

Buen lugar para quedarse cerca de la estación de tren nos tocó un cuarto limpio y amplio solo cuenta con 5 o 6 habitaciones pero son cómodas el encargado me ayudó con el check in aunque el no estaba presente lo único es que decía que había un pequeño desayuno incluido que no vimos aunque en la recámara había cafetera y unos panes tostados

Let’s start with check in. We pressed the buzzer at the door there’s no answer. I WhatsApp the owner no answer. Eventually we had to use a phone to call then owner finally came within 5 min to check in. Room is spacious but the shower is finicky. Sometimes it’s hot sometimes it’s cold. The pressure of water fluctuates as well. It’s very hard to take a proper shower. Fridge was not working. Our food was spoiled. Location was great. It’s 7 min walk from station.

La chambre d'hôte est dans une petite rue, proche du train et d'arrêt de bus ce qui permet de visiter les 5 terres et Porto venere sans utiliser la voiture. La chambre est très propre, avec lit king size, serviettes et produits d'hygiène fournit. Il y a même compris dans la chambre de quoi prendre une petite collation matinale. En revanche les oreillers sont un peu durs (un détail) et l'insonorisation moyenne. Toutefois les hôtes m'ont été d'une grande aide, et m'ont donné de bons conseils pour profiter au mieux de mon séjour. Je les en remercie. La chambre d'hôte bénéficie d'un parking privé payable en supplément de la chambre, mais au moins aucun soucis de stationnement. Je recommande ce lieu agréable et très bien tenu.

There was no one to open the door they asked me to wait 10 minutes, I did then they asked me to wait 10 more minutes I had to go for dinner and come back, when I get back they let me in but there is no one to show you where the door is, there is a sign that send you to the second floor however is on the ground floor, then you kind of go to where you see a key hanging and that is your room, next day I left the key on the door as there was no one to check you out, is nice and clean but is hard to know what to do or where to go and they only spoke italian, I tried in spanish and thst is how I got the info about the ground floor

Buena calidad precio y centrico

El alojamiento está cerca de la estación de tren y del centro. El personal muy amable. La habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. Además te dan café, tostadas y nocilla y mermelada para un mini desayuno. La hora de entrada es limitada pero contactandoleses te facilitan instrucciones muy sencillas, lo único para el WhatsApp buscarlo en su web. El único pero sería que no hay posibilidad de dejar la maleta por no haber recepcion. Hay una consigna en la estación de tren.
