Very welcoming on arrival and this politeness and friendliness was maintained by all staff over our 2 night visit. Room was spotless and pillows on bed were comfiest I’ve had in last 4 stays away elsewhere, so, thank you, especially for that. Breakfast was great and plenty choice. Love that had porridge too. Very handy for the Hydro and other venues. Comfortable, clean room although a bit basic.. Staff friendly and helpful but service slow in the evening of our stay. We arrived for breakfast half an hour before it closed and there were quite a few things that were not available.
