The staff here are great. From check-in to check out they don’t miss a thing. Freshly redone rooms smell clean, beds are comfy and towels are soft. For a couple extra k cups for the morning coffee outside the room. Manager stopped by to see if everything was okay and was even around in the morning to see us off. Do not hesitate to book your stay here!

The room needed a deep clean, especially the bathroom. Beds comfortable, air conditioning could be improved, the place is dated, but okay for a quick trip overnight stay.

The room was not as clean as i would expect. Towels, facecloths, bathmat were stained and didnt look clean. Shower had hair in it and wasnt very clean. Shower head height looked like it was the level for small kids. To be honest for the money i expected better. Will not stay there again

Staff was very nice and friendly and wanting to provide a great customer experience. The room layout was odd and clunky. They shoehorned a kitchen into the space that was previously a closet and vanity, which makes for an odd layout (the kitchen sink is about 12 inches from the vanity sink), with kitchen and toilet connecting. The fridge is in one corner of the room, the kettle and microwave were on a coffee table below the TV. The room was well-equipped (including a range) but things were all over the place. Some aspects of the room were new (new appliances) while others were very old and worn (old tub and tiles). Wall paint had been touched up with the wrong colour making the walls looked smeared and dirty. Linen and towels were all very clean and fresh.

This was my kids favorite motel on our trip because it felt the most like a home and our family of five fit comfortably. Our room was actually two rooms with two beds plus a futon. There was a kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes...a frig, microwave and stove. Dining room table for four. The room was very clean with a huge tv but it is dated in decor. The beds were comfortable. My husband and one kid said it was loud at night but it was Canada Day with fireworks and I was distrurbed by nothing. The man at the front desk was reserved and nice. He did not appear eager to be helpful but was kind and responsive when asked questions. He may not have spoken the best English. Hope is not very big but it is the biggest town for miles. The hotel was conveniently located on one of the main streets with a grocery store and gas station close by. Several nice like hikes in short driving distance from Hope. Cute town with nice people.
