The property was good the front office staff was good but other guests were awful. Very loud obnoxious several times kids knocked on our doors . Apparently the staff was not able to control the parents with there kids. Which could have been a great stay turned out to be a disappointment.

The front desk was courteous, the hotel has an indoor parking garage, there is a big and nice supermarket near by. Walking to Lake Como from the hotel is about 5KM. There are two bus routes that go to Lake Como.

Laura at the property was the desk greeter. She was hospitable welcoming and professional. We arrived early and she was so nice to let us leave our back packs til we go back. Lovely break & wedding in lake como.

We stayed for 3 nights just after the May bank holiday, the hotel is very clean, only 15 min cab ride into lake como, reception staff very helpful, continental breakie has a good selection. Only negative point would we that the sage in room is don’t work & this was also true for the other rooms the family had hired. Parking is available hence I would strongly suggest hiring a car if you want to drive around, also parking costs are very responsible compared to Uk. 2/3€ for most of the day. Getting a taxi after 11pm is a real challenge.

The room was fine with a lovely shower. The hotel is not far from the motorway and easy to access. We liked the secure underground parking and the breakfast. The small shop in the lobby sells drinks and snacks and microwave meals. Pinocchio bar down the road was good for beers and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

Bra hotell, ligger lite långt utanför Como, har du bil så är det inga problem att ta sig till centrum. Gott om parkeringsplatser, hotellet har även en garage som är gratis. Rummet var rymligt och rent. Väldigt fattig frukost på hotellet och liten matsal.
