I had a great view of the river and the buildings just across from the property. The staff was very attentive and some even spoke excellent English. I wish I could remember the agent that checked me in she was very good. Breakfast buffet was great and the buffet staff excellent!! The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the Shinkansen station. From the hotel you can walk to in 40 minutes Nishikaigan park which is right next to the Ocean which has a sand beach.

相対的に良いホテルです。

外装、内装共に旧さは目立つが、決して汚い感じはない。 室内も清潔さが保たれ、好感が持てた。 フロントのスタッフの対応も非常に良い。 ただし、ベッドメイキングは素人っぽく、シーツが上手く挟まれておらず、就寝後翌朝には捲れあがってしまっていた。室内の冷蔵庫は小さく冷えが悪い（これは何とかしてほしい）。6階にある電子レンジは便利だが、スタッフルームの直ぐ傍に設置されてるので朝などスタッフ交代の時間帯は使用しにくい。地下駐車場はとにかく狭く入出庫が大変でした。

サービス、食事とも、オークラの古めのホテルとしては価格相応かなと思います。 一点残念だったのが、プレミアムセレクションに登録しているにもかかわらず、割引が適用されなかったことです。 ホテル内の飲食について、飲食時に会員プログラムを提示しないと割引が効かないとのことで、それであれば部屋付でお願いしたタイミングで会員かの確認が欲しいところです。
