I would definitely stay at the Tang Palace again. It was clean and the staff was friendly. My only criticism is some of the response time in the on-site dining area and in the pool area with drink orders. With that said, I’d still book here.

Hotel is smoke in mirrors

Arrived at 2p and had to wait in the lobby for over an hour to get checked in. Wasn’t offered anything complimentary for the inconvenience. Even though I had a suite that could sleep at least four people, guest service only allowed me two key cards and said only two people could eat breakfast when I had four people in my party. To add, you need to keep one key card in the room in order for the lights and air to work. Very inconveniencing for a place charging $400 a night. The breakfast food was not good at all.

Nice location and new property with good rates if you do your home work. They have some entertainment on Friday which is good and staff at the front desk are professional. Only areas of improvement in my humble opinion are: - Fix the TV channels, does not make sense in this day and age for a new property to have crappy reception or channels listed but not working. - Make sure your house keeping stops knocking on guests doors at 9:00am when checkout is not until 12:00. - Breakfast is good but please try and make sure there is food even after 10:00am. - For rooms like 149, please investigate how best to deal with the whistle noise from the neighborhood or at least inform the guest so they are aware. That is my honest opinion, I will be happy to comeback again and hope by then changes will be made.

The gentleman who checked us in was warm and professional, setting the tone for our entire stay. Special thanks to the manager, Lola, whose leadership is clearly reflected in how well the entire team operates — everyone truly understands what it means to deliver top-tier hospitality. It’s easy to see why this is considered the best 4-star hotel in Ghana. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the duplex setup is a brilliant option for families or anyone travelling with children — spacious, practical, and thoughtfully designed. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. In fact, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Nice pool which very quiet which was great for the kids. The duplex room was huge and very comfortable for our family (only two towels though but quickly resolved the morning after we arrived) Buffet in mornings suitably varied but the buffet in the evening was very overpriced for what was offered. Only one real complaint and that’s the pick up process from the airport. I emailed ahead to pre book but upon arrival we waited a further 40 minutes in their office at the airport before anyone turned up to take us to the hotel. So be aware!
