Surprisingly huge 12 (or so) hotel right in the middle of nowehere. Looks like it could easily belong in central Tokyo, Very modern, comfortable stay. Because it is so isolated, make sure you book the half board with dinner and breakfast because there are very few options outside. The main negative is the hotel is haven for massive tour groups. On the night we were staying, SEVEN tour buses came in. As a result, the common areas will feel crowded. The dining room is massive in order to accomodate all these people so the food quality feels a bit "mass market" and it takes a bit of time to get your food.

定刻にﾁｪｯｸｲﾝし、入室したところ前宿泊客のｺﾞﾐが放置、全てのﾍﾞｯﾄﾞのｼｰﾂがそのまま、濡れたﾀｵﾙがﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ上に置いてある。浴室にも濡れたﾀｵﾙ、床も清掃していない。 ｽﾀｯﾌに伝えたところお詫びはされたがその場での対応が不十分であった。結果として一部の宿泊料を返金頂いたが、失われた家族との時間や気分が戻る訳でも無い。 ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄ時に責任者の方に詫びとして菓子を家族に頂き誠意は見せて下さったが、これは流石に一部返金や菓子で済むものでは無いだろう。朝食の品質や無料ﾗｳﾝｼﾞの楽しさが非常に良かっただけに、そのｷﾞｬｯﾌﾟに残念さがある。 のちに他の方の口ｺﾐを参考に見てみると、このﾎﾃﾙには同様の掃除不備に関する苦情が非常に多かった。高い値段を客が払い大事なﾌﾟﾗｲﾍﾞｰﾄの時間を預かっている事を再認識すべきだろう。

小学生の子供2人と家族4人で宿泊させていただきました。チェックイン後と夜のフリードリンク&おつまみ、お菓子が想像以上に素晴らしかったです。子供も大人も満足できて、満足感がありました。蔵王のチーズも最高でした。お風呂も清潔感があり、ぬるめのお湯もあって、子供も楽しく入れました。チェックアウトまでは、フリードリンクスペースの外の広場で大きなゴムボールで遊んだり、ハンモックでユラユラしたり、とにかくゆったり満喫しました。 お部屋の古さは否めませんが、総合的に素晴らしい宿泊体験ができました！ また、帰りに桃ととうもろこしの直売所に寄りましたが、めっちゃ美味しかったです！こういうのも旅の楽しみですよね。 また、利用させていただきたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。
