Nearly Perfect Stay

Had a good 2 night stay supposed to be 3 but left a night early due to lack of sleep as the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab, otherwise everything else was spot on! Would stay again if the mattresses were softer.

Weekend Stay playing golf

Stayed with golfing friends. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Service was excellent and rooms were spotless and well equipped. Breakfasts were fantastic and service was prompt and friendly.

Wonderful Inn with amazing rooms & food

Lovely large comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Great spa quality toiletries. Food in the restaurant is wonderful and the service from the staff exceptional. We didn't get to experience the breakfast properly as we had to leave before the official breakfast start time, however, the Reception staff requested the Night Porter to set up the Continental breakfast early for us so we could get something to eat before we left. This was duly done and we were so impressed that they had carried out their promise. Good onsite parking and EV charging. Fun Pub Quiz held on the last Friday of every month which is worth factoring in to your planning! But book a table in the restaurant ahead of time as it gets full due to the popularity from both guests and locals alike!

Nice hotel

Greeted warmly at reception, shown to lift. Room was spacious and clean. Particularly hot weekend, fan was broken in room and noise from road was obvious with windows open. Bar was nice, breakfast was below average. Nice sitting area outside, ample parking. Would consider staying again.

Re our phone call we didn’t get to the hotel due to weather. We were advised by government not to travel and we seen on the television Troon was flooded. I think it is terrible that we are not being refunded our money as by looking at things we would have been lucky to get there anyway

Nice place to stay but over priced

Nice stay . Food very good but abit over priced . Junior staff not sure about service and senior ones too busy or not bothered to guide them . Bedroom at the front with noisy traffic and very hot due to weather . Fan in room but it made a lot of noise when on .
