Tropical temperatur, and no AC. There was also some noice in the night. If there is a next time I will not choose tent. Both the stay and everyting you needed to buy was expencive.

The dome itself is set out well. Maps identify where all the pools are. There are only one set of showers (that we found!) centrally located. Food is pricey inside the dome. €2.90 for a doughnut. We opted for the refillable cup €19 from 9am until 11.59pm. You could fill up from various machines every 45minutes. Lots of restaurants we went to Sawadee Buffett was €29 pp. Good selection of food. The camping area was clean and toilets a short walk away. VERY VERY hot inside the tents and no AC. Inside the dome was really hot. The pools are good sizes and when we visited (August) it was busy there was still room. Some longer queues for flumes. Been once and don’t need to go again.

Scam hotel - DO NOT VISIT

Check in took more than 1hr in tropical heat Check in at the hotel part that we stayed at was closed and also breakfast, so we had to walk with the bags up and down in the pool area. The room was not properly cleaned and there were dust balls on the floor. Area for the smaller kids (which we have) was under construction and not possible to use. Worst possible service from the staff & way to much people for what was open. Plenty of things at the hotel that didn’t work, parkingmachine, Aloha Checkin, automatic checkout (only possible to check out automatic) Do not visit this scam hotel - not worth it

The place is huge and is nice to relax and enjoy with small kids once you are at the water park. Although there are not many rides but the kids play area is nice and the artificial beach effect is also great, the pools and jacuzzis are good too. The family rooms Ohana are nice and clean but very far from the resort, not just far but they have made the access confusing kind of on purpose! There are no signs and it feels like a maze game to find your room, its not fun when you have small kids and luggage with you, the lifts are non existent and we had to drag or lift the baby stroller every time on the stairs, there is no houskeeping to provide extra amenities when finished. The staff at the check that attended us were very rude and non cooperative, the girl and woman kept on answering in German to the inquiries in English. No one answers the phone at reception, we were told to come again next morning to collect extra towels and soaps( its atkeast 15/20min walk from our room including and down the stairs) The place is nice but the management is very very weak.

Swimming facilities are excellent. Although the lack of food options could be better. Very expensive to dine. No kids option for the buffet dinner, and not much vegetarian options for main meal. Overall a very pricey buffet dinner at sawadee.

Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious.

Terrible experience

It was a very bad experience at every stage. We waited in line for a long time at the entrance. We were not informed enough about the facility. We had difficulty finding the room we would stay in. The luggage cabinets were too small, our luggage did not fit. When we entered the room, there were a few belongings of previous guests and no towels in the room. We talked about the situation, but 2 hours later the problem was still not solved. Finally, I went to the reception, which was very far from our room, and by speaking to another disinterested, sullen employee, we were able to get 4 small hand towels. We were literally disgraced in a place where we paid a lot of money to stay. The pools were mediocre, it was difficult to find empty sunbeds, food and drink were mediocre. You feel cold after getting out of the pool, the temperature is not enough. The radiators in the corridor as we entered the room were not working and it was very cold. We asked for a taxi at the check-out and they gave us a small piece of paper with 4 mobile phone numbers written on it. We searched and struggled to find a driver. It wasn't a holiday, it was a nightmare. I will never go there again. I also don't recommend it to anyone.

Expensive & Super low service level!!

All below can be summarised with: We got super bad service! We arrived late and were very tired, the man at the reception told us that we were late. But I asked why since they are open 24/7. He didn’t answer, and was simply very unprofessional and laughed. First we were given a dirty room on the first floor, with a not even flushed toilette. Super bad first impression. After returning to the reception, I was treated as if I was the problem and I even after I showed pictures that the room was in poor condition they were still joking in between themselves. If it was about me I don’t know. We paid the premium, but got the low budget welcome. Even if the swimming pools and environment were nice and fascinating, it is obvious that the upkeep and renovations should be prioritised much more. On some of the waterslides there were thick layers of green moss and mold which takes like a second to remove with a power-wash. In the mainhall the sunbeds were not available and I believe that there should be a limit in how many hours they can be left unattended. Only like 5% had people on them, and the rest were used as somewhere to keep their towels. All the food, drink and dessert options were very expensive. Sadly the bad first impression of the accommodation at Ohana ruined the overall experience. And a simple gesture of good service in the form of some free bowling or other for them not expensive compensation might have turned it all around.
