Great location , walkable into Stowe with plenty of restaurants nearby . Great room with seperate lounge and a very large bathroom . Breakfast was OK . One disappointment was that the bar area was not open during our stay only seems to be available over the weekend , a shame for your guests staying outside this time - maybe an honesty bar would be a good idea ?

It was a great location, the staff were very helpful and kind. The lodge is old but had been updated with cute decor. Our room was really hot. We even turned the AC on and the sitting room and bathroom were cold but the bedroom remained hot making it hard to sleep. We had to ask that our coffee cups be replaced daily with housekeeping even though there was no dish soap to was them.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Field Guide Lodge in Stowe. The room was cozy and spotless, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. Aiden and the whole team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We truly felt like royalty. The atmosphere is relaxed and stylish, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. This is a great property to stay in. There was a restaurant right across the street one a little ways down that you could walk to and plenty of options a short drive away. I would have given that hotel five stars except the building we stayed and did not have an elevator, and we were older people that had to carry our luggage up and down two flights upstairs to our hotel room
