オープン当初から行ってみたい宿でしたが中々都合がつかず、今回やっと宿泊する事ができました お部屋も落ち着いた雰囲気でしたし、部屋の温泉もゆっくり浸かる事ができて何度も入りました お食事が和洋折衷の懐石料理で大満足でした 夕食後、朝食後、ラウンジ、部屋に用意されているコーヒーは全て違う豆を使用しているとの事で、流石だなと思いました また泊まりに来たいです

ロケーション、部屋、風呂、食事は素晴らしい。

緊急事態宣言中だったので、周りの観光施設は全てお休みでした。ホテルの人もそう言って恐縮されてました。ただ無料の大湯沼や奥の湯は見ることができました。そう言ってくれれば良いのにと思いました。室内の風呂とB1の大浴場はとてもきれいにされていました。ここは食事はとても素晴らしいので、それを楽しみにするのも一つだと思います。レストランのスタッフはとてもきっちりされていて、好感度は夜、朝とも100点。フロントの方達よりもよかった。

今回、エグゼクティブスイートで宿泊しました。開放感ある広々とした空間と見晴らしの良い高層階ならではの眺望…大満足です。食事も大変美味しかったです。質も量も一流ですね。岩盤浴も体験出来て思い出になりました。 また時間できれば行きたいと思いました。 スタッフさんのおもてなしに感謝です。

舒適的溫泉酒店

房間非常大及舒適，有洒店安排的 shuttle bus 於札幌接送也非常好，但第二天坐 shuttle bus 離開的時間 （早上十時）就太早了。房間私人溫泉浴池也十大好。晚餐安排也很舒適，但每一食物分量多一點更好。叧外，從酒店步行至地獄谷也只需十多分鐘吧！

This is my favorite hotel of all time! Rooms are large and comfortable. The icing is the incredible Onsen in the room. Wonderfully relaxing while looking out at the forest. The staff was helpful and friendly. Food was exceptional, a fresh array of island seafood and the meals were included! I hope to stay here again one day.

露天風呂の泉質は最高でした。

一番小さいジュニアスイートに宿泊しました。冷蔵庫内のビールやお茶などの飲み物はすべて無料でした。コーヒーは豆とミルがありその場で挽いて飲めます。湯舟はかなり広いのですが洗い場がその分小さくなっていました。館内の露天風呂などもサービスが行き届いており使用済タオルなどもすぐ片付けているようでした。お土産にアメニティグッズが貰えるようでしたので、ロクシタンのセットを2つ貰いました。 食事は結構凝っていて朝食も夕食もご飯は土鍋炊きのものが供され、かなり美味と思います。値段なりの十分なサービスが受けられたと思います。また泊まろうと思います。

예약시 객실 사이즈및 금액에 차이나는 설명을 듣고 정해서 예약했는데 약간에 미스가 거실에 쇼파가 있을줄 알았는데 카펫위에 좌식 의자가 있어 불편. 쇼파가 있는방으로 바꿔줄수 없냐 했더니, 없고 쇼파는 큰 방에만 있다함. 그외는 다 만족. 여기가 두번째 왔는데 다음은 큰방으로 예약해야할듯 하네요
