My husband and I stayed for four days for leisure. The location (Limhamn) is perfect and very safe! It’s next to Baltic Sea, a large clean park and marina. Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The ship theme room was very unique and well equipped with all essentials and nice partial sea view. ICA NARA Supermarket is next to the hotel, and six great restaurants are nearby as well.

A charming small hotel. The rooms are named after 17th century sailing ships and there is a bit of a nautical theme going on.
It is 10 minute, level walk to Limhamn where there are plenty of bars and restaurants, but there is very little adjacent to the hotel itself.
The staff are all lovely, but they are only there between 7am and 7pm. If you are going to arrive after 7pm it is essential that you let them know so that they can let you have a door code and details of where you room and key are located - as long as you let them know, they will diligently send you a text message on your day of arrival. Similarly, if you are going out with a view to returning after 7pm, you need to check you have the door code.

Hotellet var som sådan fint nok, der var rent og ryddeligt da vi ankom. Vi tog dette hotel da det reklamerede med gratis vand på værelset og gratis minibar for at prøve lidt ekstra luksus til børnene. Mini baren Bestod af 5 små vand flasker samt et par små chokolader/bolscher i en skål. Morgenmad buffet er den mindste jeg nogensinde har set, og en restaurent så lille og man skulle hele tiden vente på der blev fyldt op fordi de kommer med to boller af gangen. Det sparsomme udvalg der var der smagte ok og personalet var super søde og imødekommende men når man booker to overnatninger der normalt koster over 5000 havde jeg forventet det lidt ekstra luksus. Så alt i alt utroligt lidt for pengene.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Sheets were crisp, good water pressure in the shower, and heated floors in the bathroom.
Had a drink named the Swedish Forest in the bar that was delicious, and the meal of pork chop, pureed purple potatoes and pickled cauliflower was one of the top ten meals of my life. 10/10 would stay there again!

Mitt favorithotell i Malmö – alltid lika bra!
Jag har bott på Havshotellet i Limhamn fyra gånger nu och varje vistelse har varit lika bra som den förra. Det är verkligen ett supermysigt hotell med väldigt trevlig personal som gör att man känner sig välkommen direkt.
Rummen är jättefina och fräscha, dessutom smart utrustade med kylskåp och två flaskor vatten samt lite godis som välkomnande detalj – uppskattas verkligen! De reglerbara sängarna är otroligt sköna, och det finns en modern TV med möjlighet att streama från egen telefon/dator vilket är ett stort plus.
Frukosten är riktigt bra med gott utbud och dessutom finns en restaurang i anslutning till hotellet som håller hög nivå. Fri parkering gör också vistelsen enkel och smidig.
Sammanfattningsvis: Havshotellet är mitt absoluta favorithotell i Malmö och jag kommer definitivt tillbaka nästa gång jag är i stan. Rekommenderas varmt!
