Excellent clean place, location isn't central

Nice apartment- basic but clean and bright. The complex is lots of residential blocks which can seem a bit oppressive at first but isn't too bad. The beds could be comfier! The air con is good. Reception were helpful. Pools very clean. Gym in the basement is ok- the other gym is more of a body builder gym. Spa area looked really nice. Bar is lovely.

3 bedroom penthouse booking

We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. The apartment was bright, clean and modern. The 2 balcony’s were really spacious and wonderfully furnished. The apartment was fantastic. The 2 swimming pools on site were also brilliant. Only slight downside was the location as it was a 25-30 min walk to the harbor area although there were a number of supermarkets nearby for essentials and the lack of a late check out but otherwise I would thoroughly recommend.

Overall an enjoyable stay, new & clean apartments. Good location, approx 25 min walk to restaurants & bars. The bad points are the balconies are too close together, 5 out of the 7 nights stayed, there was a lots of noise through the night from other residents going on to 4am, shouting outside the blocks and from balconies. The sun beds are filthy dirty and the outside communal showers in the blocks that we were advised to use due to late departure, did not work.

Positives: Clean, spacious apartment. The pool area is excellent and well managed. Quiet and relaxing. Good place for a family holiday. The grounds are well looked after. Overall once we sorted out the initial problem with the room booking, it was a pleasant stay. Negatives. Be very specific when you book; otherwise, you will get stuck in an apartment overlooking a car park instead of a view of the pool or the sea. You will need a car to get around. English TV channels kept freezing, and it seemed that the digital signal was easily corrupted.

Fair value for the price

Spacious, furnished and modern rooms. The complex itself and the facilities are maintained at an adequate level. The location requires arrival by car, but there is free parking adjacent to the building. You can purchase a delicious and satisfying breakfast at a reasonable price. Points that bothered us as guests: 1. The room was not cleaned at all during the four days of our stay, not even towels were changed Although it was promised that they would be replaced on the third day. 2. Hot water in the shower - there is no central water heating, so we were instructed to turn on the solar water heater. The amount of hot water, after running for an hour, is barely enough for two people (we were 6 people) and this is a problem on cold days (we stayed in January). 3. Indoor pool - in a phone call/e-mail with the hotel before arrival, it was assured that the indoor pool is heated to 28 degrees, when we arrived we discovered that the pool is not heated at all and the temperature is close to 20 degrees. The heated pool was a consideration in choosing the hotel, so we were very disappointed with it.

Brand New Appartment

Fantastic clean and brand new apartment in Block 7 room 409. Stunning view over the suburbs towards the sea in the distance, with a fabulous sunset each night. Air-con very good, really good sized kitchen, large comfy bed and a huge balcony with table and chairs and a relaxing swing chair. Had to run the hot water for 3-5 minutes for the temperature to get hot, does not bother us but such a shame to waste water in a dry country. The pool complex was stunning, no trouble getting a bed, albeit if you are a sun lover you need to be on the top side of the pool to get the sun all day. Some beds are a little tired, with mattresses looking stained in places, but again throw your beach towels on top and who cares. We walked every day and night into town but we enjoy walking, it is about 15-20 minutes to bar street and a further 10 minutes to make the harbour. We used a taxi from the supermarket in town which cost EU8 but there are smaller stores just out the front that we used for top ups. The Kebab shop on the corner does fantastic, sub rolls, toasted sandwiches and of course Kebabs,very clean, cheap and popular with other residents and locals. It is also a coffee house so a take away, back to the pool for an early morning caffeine fix was a must for me. If you want a spotless clean apartment and a swimming pool for a chilled out week then this is the place, yes you have to walk everywhere but its a great walk and especially walking home after eating such wonderful food in town.

Stay was amazing. The reception staff were always helpful and friendly. We were a little disappointed with the closure of one of the outdoor pools and the indoor pool however we were aware of this as it was communicated in advance. We will definitely be back again.

Such a beautiful and modern hotel. I stayed in the deluxe studio and it was still very spacious, decorated nicely snd had everything you would need. From a coffee pod machine to a washing machine. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and you could ask the hotel for a pool towel. There js a kiosk on the hotel grounds that is handy. The restaurant on site has so many delicious dishes for a very good price. The staff are so lovely and helpful. One of the concierge staff even made sure to put the keycard in our room before arrival so the boiler would heat up in time. It was those extra touches that made our experience so memorable. I would stay here again

Leider wurde in der einen Woche nur einmal sauber gemacht! Eigentlich sollten alle 3 Tage Handtücher getauscht werden! Diese mussten wir dann selber abholen nachdem uns keine gebracht wurden ! Sehr schade ! Zu betonen ist dass einige Apartments auch über Airbnb vermietet werden und man dann nichts machen kann wenn im Nebenzimmer eine Party statt findet ! Die Rezeption war aber bemüht und hat sofort die Security gebeten zu kommen! Der Indoorpool ist leider auch eher ecklig , weil sich der Boden schon auflöst!
