Great hotel. Very clean. Central to shops and station. The only negative was that we weren’t told we had to make a reservation for breakfast. The restaurant was full but the wonderful waitress kindly accommodated us - we sat at the bar instead. Not ideal but fine. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Even the foldout is comfy. We were 3 friends who stayed together so we got a really big room with a double bed and a foldout couch that could fit two. And we all slept great. Since we got put in a big room it came with extra perks, and it was a lot of fun to learn how the record player worked and listen to old school U2 as we were getting ready. Staff is friendly and the breakfast delicious.

No electricity in room

Me and my partner we stayed in this hotel one night and our room electricity went away 2 times at night it’s really Halloween started in this hotel so funny this is what they provide u for 3000 kr per night I was v shocked with this quality of service it’s not worth the money. I would never recommend to anyone or book this hotel again. And I kindly request a refund from hotel.com if u can really help me with it I will really appreciate tgat

Nice and large hotel in the middle of Stockholm downtown and near the pedestrian area shopping, and walkable to the Gamla Stan Old Town 👍 Rooms are very clean and modern. A/C control is centralized. Rooms lack a dresser with drawers to unpack your clothes. Very good breakfast buffet with nice service staff. Front desk has typically 2-3 friendly and helpful attendants, but it gets very busy during the peak check-in hours. There is a good restaurant and bar on the premises.

We were downgraded upon arrival for all three of our booked rooms, and the hotel is refusing to offer any form of refund. One of the rooms was missing basic amenities that were meant to be included, such as a fridge, wardrobe, and remote control. To make matters worse, the reception staff made jokes about us being downgraded to the windowless single “bunker” rooms, even though we had paid for double rooms.
