The hotel is in a nice location, with easy access to the city center—only about 20 minutes by metro. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was peaceful. Never Again – Rude and Disrespectful Staff

! We booked two rooms for four people and had a terrible experience. The staff were rude, arrogant, and totally unhelpful. Every room had only one small bottle of water. When we asked for another, the receptionist said, “Drink from the bathroom.” Later, when we didn’t have cash for the vending machine and asked politely for just one bottle to pay later, the same person angrily repeated, “Go drink from the bathroom.” Honestly, we were shocked. For the money we paid, we expected at least a bit of respect and hospitality — not this kind of hostile, insulting attitude. We’ll never come back, and we don’t recommend this place to anyone. Totally disappointing!
