The cafeteria space on the 2nd floor (one floor above the lobby) is very "family friendly", with lots of tables and chairs, paper dishes and cups, and especially the water server, which serves cold and hot water, and even gassed water. We bought food at COOP, and had a good time there!!

It's ok, nothing more. Small room, small shower, sink in room. No electricity plug next to the bed. No hair dryer. Worse than a $39 motel room in the USA and it's 200+ Swiss francs. Very Inexpensive compared to surrounding hotels, but this is more like a hostel than a hotel. Every possible cost savings is evident, but it gets the job done. Just don’t expect it to compare to more expensive luxurious accommodations. The rooms were clean, safe, and their surrounding area was good. Beds were comfortable. Very utilitarian, but there isn’t a cheaper way to sleep three people in the area that I could find.

Location of the hotel is good. Alps view from the hotel is amazing. But the hotel itself was not comparable to ibis standard. The room was very small, toliet room door was a like a normal wooden sheet without any latch or hook to close, bathroom didnt have any place for towel holding. Room service knocked door at 8am for service. In all, we didnt feel we stayed at ibis. It was more like small budget room for a tourist. Not worth the price for me.

This should not be on the list of properties with 4 or 5 stars. The room was the size of a closet with the shower opening up to the room, no privacy, and the WC had a plywood like door that had absolutely no privacy. The lighting was terrible for the WC and the air/heat we were not able to control and we were very hot while sleeping. Very disappointed in the electrical outlets as there were only 2 that worked. The plug broke one of our adapters which they were kind enough to replace.

Budget room stupidly small and ripped off upgrade

We had to upgrade as a couple from the budget 3 bed room ( queen and a stupid bunk) to a standard 2 bed in the standard Ibis floors. We got ripped off to upgrade Air con was poor. Distance to centre is not walkable up and down hills for 45 mins. Only option is using the tram to the centre

Pelo valor que cobram, esperava mais. Algo simples como uma toalha por exemplo, eles fornecem uma toalha muito ruim. Aquela que não enxuga direito e que quando você passa chega dói no corpo, áspero. O mínimo que um hotel pode oferecer é uma toalha boa. E o quarto também não estava tão limpo, tinha até teia de aranha.
