Very impressed with the facilities. Was a great room to come back to after long days of exploring the area around wider Belgium and Netherlands. Definitely coming back to have a more slower relaxed stay, to explore more the local area and the beach during summer.

Die Lage war in Ordnung, die Organisation mit dem Check IN ebenfalls. Jedoch unsaubere Zimmer. Habe selten solche Räumlichkeiten vorgefunden. Eine verkommene Schlafcouch mit Schimmel befallen war die Krönung. Vor den Mülleimern lag Dreck auf dem Boden. Zwei Nächte über 300€ für sowas, nie wieder !!! Bilder sind gemacht worden, damit andere Reisende vorbereitet sind…

Negativ: Es ist super ausgestattet, aber dennoch lauter Spinnen überall und das sind nicht nur die Weberknecht die man so kennt nein von Kreuzspinnen bis kleine grüne Monster die zwischen den Gardinen wow. Risse in den Wänden hätte man ausbessern können Balkon Tür der auch totalschaden ist, die Nachbarn müssen die Tür nur aufstoßen dann stehen die theoretisch vor mir. Positiv: zum Strand sind es 2 min zu Fuß, der Check In auch super unkompliziert

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit. Dans notre studio (plus qu'une suite), nous avions l'impression d'être dans un bungalow (par la taille / par la promiscuité sonore des voisins). Résidence sans accueil. Mais pas de plan de la résidence à l'étage, donc aucune indicateur où se trouvait notre studio (à chercher le numéro donné par mail avec tous les bagages...) Nous n'avons pas réussi à ouvrir le canapé et le transformer en lit. Aucune info écrite pour nous aider (cela parait toujours très simple une fois qu'on l'a fait / vu faire). Nous avons appelé un numéro pour nous aider. Personne charmante au demeurant. Un concierge devait venir. 1h plus tard : rien. Afin d'éviter de dormir sans lit, nous avons retenté et trouvé l'astuce pour l'ouvrir. Heureusement. En point positif : propre et lits plutôt confortables Je suis la plupart du temps très contente des hôtels loués. Ici, très déçue et surtout pour un prix élevé.

Stinkendes Bad, Hochbett kaum nutzbar, es kann nur Mittelbett benutzt werden. Die untere Bettebene von Hochbett ist auf Bodenebene, kann man nicht nutzen, mittlere Etage geht, oben kommt man schlecht hoch und stoßt sich ständig den Kopf auf Decke. Allgemein war das Zimmer nicht sauber. Klimaanlage hat leider auch nicht funktioniert.

Les plus : Disposition des chambres et possibilites detre à 5 voir 7 personnes Parking tres grand Espace exterieur pour les enfants Petite salle de jeu pour les plus jeunes Les moins : Matelas de mauvaise qualite et peu confortable Rangement et nettoyage de la chambre a faire sois même Drap a dispo mais a mettre et enlever soi meme Pas de serrviette, savon, gel douche, essuis tout ou papier toilettes ... tout est en extra Parking payant 10e/jour

Stay was excellent However no soap / shampoo in Toilets I mean this is common and every day necessitates Towels was not included And Beds was not make over I mean linen was not done So basic necessities should be included Otherwise all good

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen, 2 Kinder & ein Hund dort. Das Apartment war völlig ausreichend. Es war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat. Kontakt zu der Einrichtung war super und sehr zuvorkommend. Ist eine Empfehlung Wert. Werden auch wiederkommen.

Excellent accommodation

The place was clean, and the heating was excellent during our stay ( winter time ). The car park is excellent too. It is basically right next to our accommodation. We will definitely come back and use this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Me fue muy mal con este hotel, nunca me enviaron el codigo para entrar al hospedaje, por lo que tuve problemas, expuse a mi familia y me genero un nuevo gasto inecesario en mi viaje. Pedi mi reembolso y obvio dicen que no. Solicite la captura del email que según "enviaron" y me enviaron otra cosa. Sigo esperando la captura del email. Expedia tampoco me resuelve.

The apartment was so nice especially with 3 children, we brought practically everything we needed with us down to towel, the down bulk bed was a bit too low, one have to be careful getting in and out, the blanket stink of sweat, please do wash the blanket, you have to the check-in yourself, the customer service was contacted via email, and they respond almost immediately, nice location 10 minutes walk to the beach, getting around will be better with a car, I would highly recommend.

The check in process was a little confusing. The map on the ground floor didn’t show upstairs. A few people were walking round confused. The rooms were nice. Sofa bed wasn’t great. Very noisy but the apartment was ok. Not much locally. Tea / coffee sachets would have made it a lot better.

The property was good for a couple of days at the beach. The bouncy castle and pirate ship were great for keeping the kids entertained. The rooms with a pull out bed I wouldn’t recommend. The pull out bed is extremely uncomfortable. The door to exit the room was also in the area with the bunk beds, where the kids sleep, and there were no safety measures on the door so our two year old could open the door.

Great place for families.

Excellent location only 10mins walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Great for families. You do need to take everything from towels, tea towels to hand soap. Bed sheets are provided.

Die Ferienwohnung war fußläufig, circa 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Gebäude vorhanden. Der Versand der Zugangscodes wurde ebenfalls sehr einfach und verständlich per Mail geregelt. Beim Betreten der Ferienwohnung mussten wir allerdings feststellen, dass diese, wenn überhaupt grob gereinigt wurde. Auf dem Boden haben neben Fusseln, jede Menge Krümel gelegen. Das Geschirr im Schrank war dreckig und musste durch uns erst in der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden, auch die Bettdecke hatte einen sehr modrigen Geruch vorgewiesen. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken war verstopft, und vom Waschtisch Unterschrank ist der Haltebügel für das Handtuch dauernd abgefallen. Als absolutes negatives Highlight ist hervorzuheben, das komplett zerrissene Kunstleder Sofa. Dieses wurde mit Fließdecken notdürftig abgedeckt. Unfassbar. Fazit: für den Preis in Verbindung mit der Lage und einem Spielplatz hinter dem Haus für Kinder, wenn überhaupt, maximal annehmbar. Mehr aber auch nicht. In Sachen Hygiene und Zustand des Interieurs besteht hier sehr hoher Nachholbedarf.

Très bien sauf lits.

Appart sympa mais trop de meuble a mon gout qui rend la salle commune trop étriquée. Le fauteuil est de trop. Lits incomfortables, surtout le canapé lit dont le matelas est déformé. Pour tout le reste super, très propre, coquet, agréable.

An sich ist die Apartmentanlage sehr schön und gut gelegen. Auch der eigene kleine Spielplatz ist sehr schön und auch ein kleiner Indoor Kinderbereich ist vorhanden. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments auch völlig ausreichend. Leider gab es einige Dinge, die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben. Wir waren kurz vor Beginn der Saison dort. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber, jedoch war der Außenbereich (Fenster, Terrasse) noch nicht gereinigt. Bei der Reinigung der Rutsche auf dem Spielplatz hatte man es allerdings zu gut gemeint: diese wurde scheinbar kurz vor unserer Ankunft mit Chlor gereinigt und nicht ordentlich abgewaschen, was wir jedoch nicht gesehen haben. Die Jacke und Hose unseres Sohnes konnten wir erstmal direkt entsorgen. Zudem war die Aufteilung der Zimmer leider über die Bilder im Netz für uns nicht so ersichtlich. Wer sich so etwas ausgedacht hat, hat vermutlich keine Kinder.... Wir hatten ein 2 Zimmer Apartment mit Doppelbett und 3 Stockbetten gebucht. Dass man die Stockbetten, die für Kinder gedacht sind, allerdings im Flur gegenüber vom Bad und zwischen Wohnraum und Elternschlafzimmer platziert, ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar... wir mussten unseren 3-jährigen Sohn also im Doppelbett schlafen lassen und uns in die Stockbetten "quetschen", damit wir abends wenigstens noch auf Toilette gehen konnten ohne ihn jedes Mal zu wecken. Mit kleinen Kindern, die früher ins Bett gehen, also nicht zu empfehlen.
