This place is cheap for a reason. If you have children - do not stay here. It's in the middle of nowhere, noisy, dirty and feels unsafe. There are wrecked cars in the carpark and it looks like people live in some of them. Do not stay here if you need to travel to the airport - it's not close to any transport links and a taxi will cost 50 euros.

The recepcionist was awfull and there was no internet at the hotel. They said there was a bug at the internet and will take three days to be working again!!!! Absurd!!! Ridiculous!!!! They should get a refund at least. Will never come back.

My experience at this hotel was the most disappointing of my life. I arrived at the hotel at 1 am. The system was supposedly down. I was unable to check in. I called Hotels.com support where I received very good service. But the attendant REFUSED TO SPEAK ENGLISH. This is completely absurd. In a hotel in Genevè I couldn't speak to anyone unless it was in French. I was able to prove with photos that the receptionist wasn't answering. So I went to another hotel, all organized by Hotels.com support, but I'll never go back to hotelF1.com hotel again.

I've been there for two times close to each other. The first time the internet wasn't working and the said there was a bug and they would fix it in three days!!! Two weeks after I returned and there was no internet again. So I conclued that internet inexists at that hotel and we are in 2024 where anyone needs internet. Due to that I wasn't able to use my phone, internet, check buses, flights and many other issues. I was disconected from the world during my staying. Breakfast is awful, the juice has ended always at 8 A.M., the recepcionist was on a bad mood when I asked for towels, so, the worse from the worse. I'll never come back or go to any hotel from this company. The bathrooms were dirty also. Only bad comments. Very sad.

Spent the whole evening trying to get rooms booked

After 11 hours of travelling we were unable to get into the rooms we had booked. It took us the evening to sort out and meant we had no time to go out for a meal or take away - so we went to bed having only had some sandwiches for lunch that day feeling very hungry! Apparently, one of the rooms we had booked they had not received payment for, so wanted to charge us again. We showed our receipts for payments of both rooms and only the tourist tax of one euro to pay, but the hotel was adamant we had not paid and said we had to pay again! Contacting hotel.con was a nightmare as they had no phone number that worked. In the end via an online chat forum we finally got through to a human being, who was eventually able to sort it out! The hotel was sent the Expedia payment (the method hotel.com had sent the payment to them) again and finally the hotel receptionist let us have our rooms! Not great after a long day of travelling and we were all hungry but had no food!

Bon accueil le soir vers 20h30. Chambre propre. Je pensais avoir une chambre avec salle de bain privée mais non un peu dur d'aller dans les boxes de douche séparé ainsi que dans les toilettes communs car des personnes ne jettent pas le papier dans les toilettes ils pensent qu'ils ne peuvent pas. Petit dej non testé mais eau chaude gratuite pour ma gourde de thé thermos Merci. Serviette de toilette incluse. Endroit qui mérite un bon rafraichissement extérieur et des mousses aux encadrements des portes pour éviter que les portes ne claquent cela réveille et mal isolé hotel très vivant de ce fait ;-). L'extérieur est triste non entretenu, situé derrière un gros complexe on n'est pas sur que le formule 1 est derrière. et chemin boueux manquant de bitume quand on est pas en voiture compliqué et non éclairé. Le Bus est ok à 6 mn à pied c'est très pratique! Le 64, qui passe par l'ancienne frontière, nous permet de prendre le 57 pour l'aéroport ou le tram 14 puis le 23. si pas de bus 64 le dimanche on met juste17mn à pied pour rejoindre l'arrêt du 57 et du tram 14 à Meyrin Gravière et là on compte 17mn pour arriver à l'aéroport. Un magasin Grand Frais à 5mn à pied très pratique en face de l'arrêt du 64. Pour quelques nuits je recommande pour le prix faire ses achats en euros et le bus.

Moyen un peu déçu mais pas catastrophique non plus

Déçu par la propreté de l'établissement. Chambre propre mais vraiment petite notamment la salle de bains. Côté propreté de la chambre j'avoue rien a redire. Cabine de douche petite certes qui fait son taf, propre mais cabine de douche qui ne se ferme pas complètement car petite porte coulissante qui ferme que les 3 quart de la cabine. L'hôtel est au fond d'une impasse mais réceptionniste avec sécurité assurée. Accueil très bien, personnel sympathique. Mais en règle générale, un peu déçu de cet hôtel que je connaissais déjà avant.
