quiet spacious room with a balcony. Great shower instant hot water, lot of water pressure. A present 5 minutes walk to the old town. A gem of city .

If you want to check in after 1900hrs you need to download an app to receive your room key, this key also opens the gates around the property, it failed to work properly on one occasion, not the most reliable form of gaining access to your room. Only a ten minute walk to the railway station was a bonus for me.

For 1 night is fine to stay.spacious room but bad quality beds, towels,broken shower,they brought us baby cot without mattress.obviously we couldn't used it and reception not open.to not mention about the parking.we paid €10 for the night and in the morning the car was full of dirt from the tree and sticky. For 2 more hours we stayed they asked €6 extra, better to park outside or ask for better spot in the premises.good location though but next time I would book somewhere else.

Our room was spotless and cleaned every day and fresh towels were put out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the town centre, the bus depot, train station and shopping. We felt very safe and secure which was important for us as seniors. We didn’t have to climb stairs which was great.

房間超小，有點不乾淨，沒有窗，只有屋頂兩個不能開的小窗，沒有陽光，空氣很差，地點離火車站和舊城區大概10分鐘尚可，但是附近只有一個公園，晚上很黑很靜。服務還挺好，雖然有點慢，而且酒吧餐廳晚上9點就關門，附近沒有餐廳商店，一定要走到市中心有點不方便。電視要入密碼很麻煩。

Well, a lot happened at this hotel. That said, we would go back, but make sure the room was booked as requested. Here is what happened. We visited 6 rooms it total. It was a comedy of errors. That said, Thomas on the front desk, wins the customer service award. First our room was given to someone else, then in another room, the shower head was under a sloped roof at knee-height. To sit and bathe, you would bang your head. Then the TV wouldn't work. Then in the next room, after moving, the AC wouldn't work. Then, in a new room, the sink wouldn't drain. In the end, we slept. Funny, but a bit disastrous.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel wird auch für Hochzeiten genutzt, dann ist es leider nicht möglich Nachts zu schlafen.

האמבט היה בלתי אפשרי למקלחת אלה בישיבה בגלל הקיר שהיה מוטה ולא אפשר לעמוד . סכ"כ החדר סביר חוץ מהשירותים והעובדה שצריך לעלות הרבה מדרגות כדי להגיע לחדר וזה היה ממש קשה עם מזוודה

Es gibt auch andere Hotels in Kosice

Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir zur Begrüßung einen Getränkegutschein, den wir angeblich gegen ein Getränk nach Wahl einlösen konnten. Als wir ihn für ein Glas Wein einlösen wollten, hieß es, wir könnten dafür nur Wasser oder Sekt ('glass of champagne') bekommen. Anders als angegeben, war das Restaurant während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen. Die Anmeldung an der Rezeption für eine Stadtführung wäre beinahe gescheitert, da uns an der Rezeption ein falscher Treffpunkt genannt wurde. Zum Glück gab es später noch eine andere kompetente und engagierte Rezeptionistin, die die Teilnahme an der Stadtführung doch möglich machte. Den im Hotel angegebenen Rabatt auf den Zimmerpreis für umweltfreundliche Anreise (mit dem Zug) erhielten wir nicht, weil wir nicht direkt beim Hotel gebucht hatten. Was an dem einfachen Frühstücksbüffet 'eco-friendly' war, konnten wir auch nicht erkennen, z.B. war das Obst weder regional noch saisonal passend.
