Super quiet and just a short walk from Old Town. Wonderful spa with everything you could want. But they have swing lessons for kids during the week, which is everything but relaxing. But nothing during the weekend. Breakfast is also nice.

I liked the staff at checking in particular Pawel who was very helpful in advising us on useful apps to use in Gdansk.. The cleaning staff was also very forthcoming and the pool was enjoyable. The only negative was the swimming teacher on Thursday, who was quite rude and felt he owned the pool. That is a pity because all the other staff members were lovely.

Nice hotel, but my request went out the window

It was good! Nice hotel and all. Was some issue with the beds tho. Mailed them long before to have a room with separeted beds, and got a response it was no problem. On arrival they first didnt find the 2 rooms i booked, and later on they said they could seperated the beds. Buuut besides that the service was nice.

Okay, lacking in some areas

The hotel and its services were good. The rooms were tidy and felt modern. I do feel however that you can get a lot more of your moneys worth in Gdánsk at this pricepoint. For example. The hotels location is somewhat bad. It is very close to the inner city of Gdánsk but the environment just around the hotel feels very rough. The televisions in the room are not modern which may be a concern for some, we were disappointed that we couldn’t watch a Netflix episode before bed. But most importantly me and my girlfriend were very disappointed by the spa, which was this hotels selling point. It was a nice area, with two different saunas, a jacuzzi and a pool. The problem however was that there always were screaming children in the area which made it impossible to relax. The staff did not intervene despite the spa area having a text on the door which said “silence area”. We are however pleased with our stay, and the breakfast was really good.
