Incredibly difficult to deal with when trying to modify reservations, even within the designated “changeable” period. To their credit, Expedia made an effort to negotiate a refund, but the hotel’s management remained rigid and unwilling to accommodate even reasonable requests. Customer service was dismissive, showing little regard for guest satisfaction. It was clear that policies were being enforced with no flexibility or consideration for circumstances. The area around the hotel is desolate and uninteresting, offering little in terms of dining or entertainment options. It lacks the charm or convenience one would expect from a well-located accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel in any way. The only redeeming aspect was its traditional Japanese breakfast, which was well-prepared and authentic. However, a single meal does not make up for the overall poor experience.

Hôtel de qualité, récent, bien aménagé avec un onsen formidable. Les chambres de style japonais sont irréprochables, mais rien n’est fait pour encourager à profiter des chambres, essentiellement destinées à passe la nuit. Nous regrettons toutefois amèrement que le restaurant restreigne le menu du soir pour les clients étrangers à un ensemble de plats très convenus et classiques, alors que les client japonais ont eu droit à des menus raffinés et alléchants. Cette discrimination, alors que nous sommes de grand adeptes de cuisine japonaise, nous a paru insultante. Nous avons été hébergés dans d’autres hôtels-onsen de qualité dans lesquels nous avons été traités de la même façon que les autres clients. Une étoile de moins à la noté générale pour cette faute grave.

2025年6月頭に宿泊しました。畳の部屋で予約したのですが全体的に綺麗で、トイレや水回りも綺麗でした。敷布団のマットがとても良く気に入りました。 温泉練も最近新しくなったみたいでサウナも含めいろんな設備が充実してました。地元の人も入られてるみたいです。 ホテルの周辺徒歩5分にセコマがあります。 レストランは今回素泊まりで食べていないので次回食べてみようかなと思いました。 総評すると全体的に接客から部屋、温泉すべて良かったです。普通にまた泊まりに行きます。
