Excellent room environment compared with the price and Good staff service. Have to take bus to reach the hotel that is a bit inconvenient.
Near shopping area at daytime and local kitchens at night.

今回初めて利用しました。
受付のスタッフさんの対応も良く、スムーズにチェックインが出来ました。
部屋、ユニットバスととても広く過ごしやすかったです。
朝食は山形の郷土料理も食べれて、大変満足しました。
また機会があれば利用したいです。

スタッフさんの対応、朝食も良かったですが、お風呂のシャワーが水がタブから流れてくれないし、赤い水もでました。なぜかバスルームが水浸しになりました。部屋のカーペットは汚いので変えどきかもしれません。色々古いので残念でした。安かったので、仕方ないかもしれません。

快適に眠れました。ただお風呂の、お湯の加減が悪かったのと、お風呂のタイルは、黒いカビを隅々まで綺麗に取って欲しいです。ハイターを使うと綺麗になります。ライトもつかないところがあったので、

何時に来るかわからずどうしようかなぁと思ってたら
来たら連絡してもらえればと
臨機応変に対応していただきました。
部屋にはコーヒーとミネラルウォーターも置いてあり
アメニティも、レディース、メンズの使いきり洗顔等セットが
置いてありいいなぁと思いました。
歩くのが気にならない人なら駅からも15分くらいで着くので問題ないかと思います
