We love this hotel for a short winter stay. Staff are very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Lovely views from all the rooms on the front. Super comfy beds and quiet and relaxing. The all inclusive package is more food available at all times than anyone could eat. Unfortunately in winter the pools are too cold to swim in which is a shame. The back massage at the spa was super, we will be back.

Swim up room was lovely apart from leaking shower cubicle with no hot water at night, reported to staff who acted immediately. Due to size of complex hotel was extremely busy, also at night noise of music pounding until midnight therefore if you were looking for a quiet hotel this may not be suitable possibly for everyone,. Perfect location for the airport. Overall enjoyable stay and would return again if in another swim up room as it was in a nice quiet position of the hotel

Very busy hotel since most people do all inclusive and do not leave the hotel. Breakfast was completely full of flies on the food and the staff did not seem to care.

Decent All Inclusive hotel

Lovely room. Outdated aircon, didnt regulate that well. Bed was horrendously hard and pillow was nonexistent, that soft no point having a pillow. Maid decided to bang the door continuously and hard at 6.30pm whilst I was laying in the bath, to give me towels for the room, that should have been done during the day and 10 minutes, done it again and was like oops I have already done this room - was very annoyed. Food at the hotel for all inclusive was good and plenty of choice - would suggest they look to do themed nights, as dinner especially, started to become very samey. Facilities in and around the hotel was good. Location was good. Value for money, you could argue, however, when you think whats included, I would say it is very good.

Great place to stay for groups, couples and lone Travelers. As a 4 star it’s bang on the money for that rating. Food and drink is not perfect but still good for the money. Main reason I say this it is a bit limited in the main restaurant, but if you just go with the flow you will have no issues. Staff are very polite and helpful. They only thing I would say is that there are two types of all Inclusive. One seems to have to option on reserving sun beds by the pool. Done so by a ticket left on the back. This did create some confusion as it was not explained at check in how it works and a few time we saw people sit on reserved bed and then have that awkward confrontation. If you are the standard all inclusive you have no choice but to get up at 7am and guard a bed till around 9am. I’m not sure how it works exactly but it seems the bed tickets are done by the hotel before even 7am. Apart from that it’s a great place to stay and being adults only is perfect, no screaming kids jumping in the pool.

Not really an adutl only hotel

Our room was not clean when we arrived,we found a lot of hairs in the shower, on the floor and in our bed. We asked the reception to send someone, the lady came and only passed the vaccum, didn't clean the shower, I had to do it myself. The hotel is not really an adult only hotel because a lot of families from other hotels besides come on the beach in front of the hotels and take all the chairs and passed the entire day at the beach on front of the hotel. The food is disgusting, adapted for a UK audience, worst hotel food I ever eated. We were supposed to be able to reserve for their restaurants online, but our room was not entetered in their system. We tried to fix this with them for 3 days, but no one really help us and they just told us "oh, it's technology, sorry", so we just stop trying to fix the issue.

Fantastic stay, coming again

Living locally we were looking for a nice night away. Scrolling through I found this place and booked a 1-night stay. On arrival (we were early) they made the room available to us immediately and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room (highly recommended now having stayed in it). Taking a seat to fill out the required info form we were approached (respectfully and with great humour) by the concierge and asked whether we would like a glass of champagne, soft drink or water. I took a glass of champagne for my wife but declined a drink for myself. He then offered to get me a beer, at this point I must state that we only booked B&B but that didn’t matter we were still offered drink ‘gratis’. The room was clean, tidy with a fantastic view of the pool area and sea. We met a very friendly housekeeper on the way to the room who 2 mins later knocked on our door and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine - lovely lady! We went out for dinner but having seen the available restaurants with the hotel we do wish we had stayed and tried them out, they all looked great! The night entertainment was a guitarist - played lovely music and wasn’t too loud allowing for conversation and was set a lovely ambiance. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic and seemed endless! The staff were all smiling and were considerably attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. All in all it was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this place to anyone.
