Great new building in great location

New building in the heart of the Indian district. Room was in great condition, bed was comfy, the lack of windows was a bit disorienting, but it was a great place to rest after a long day. I'd stay there again.

Great budget hotel to stay in Kuala Lumpur. The entire front staff team is super professional and helpful. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Location is great. Walking distance to Chinatown and independence square. The train statin (MRT, LRT) is 2 minutes away. Everything is so pleasure, I planned to stay for 1 week before moving to a different hotel but I liked it so much and ended up staying for 2 weeks.

Only limitation for travellers with car is no parking available so dont ended up with fine for wrong parking. Public transport is superb since LRT station is just 2 minutes walk. This hotel is the worst hotel I have seen entire my travels experience. Hotel smells really Bad. Room is very very small and has no widow feels like grave. I have had a 6 nights stay at this hotel. As soon as I arrived and seen the hotel and smells real bad I decided to leave right now. I called hotels.com and really was helpful people. Thy canceled my reservation and got a nice hotel.

ホテル周辺の治安や清潔さはあまりよくないと感じました。実際私たちは駅で盗難にあっています。でもホテル周辺には早朝から営業している食堂が複数あり、朝食をとる場所に困りませんでした。ホテルスタッフはみなさん笑顔で感じが良かったです。部屋の掃除も毎日きちんとしていただけました。トイレとシャワーの間にガラスがあったのでトイレ周りが濡れることがかった点がとても良かったです。ただ、連泊の部屋の掃除は午後3時半から5時と決められていて、個人的には非常に困りました。

Arrivé en avance, nous avons dû nous acquitter d'une somme pour être arrivé 2h plus tôt que l'horaire prévu pour le Check-In. Arrivé dans la chambre, sans fenêtre, une odeur de moisissure et de renfermée était présente, les draps, housses et serviettes étaient toutes tâchés. Après avoir fait réclamation, une nouvelle chambre nous était attribué. Pas où peu d'ordeur cette fois, c'est déjà mieux mais les draps, housse et serviettes sont toujours aussi sales.
