The friendliest, kindest, helpful staff. Perfect location to immerse yourself in Ubud, waking distance to markets, restaurants, temples, whatever you need or might want to explore while the rooms are located next to the jungle. Being close to the jungle was a favorite of mine, having breakfast each morning with a beautiful jungle view, butterflies, birds, dragonflies. Excellent Bali breakfast options too! I would stay here again!

Highly recommend this hotel to be a short walk from the North side if Ubud town, a pretty / clean pool, great view out the balcony or terrace, kind helpful staff, and Air conditioner and wifi that work well. My room had a mini-fridge and a desk to work as well. Perfect for longer stays.

This was a hidden gem close to the action and main area of Ubud but secluded and quiet. The pool was amazing. The breakfast simple yet fresh and yummo. The staff were beautiful especially Agus he was very helpful, attentive and up for a conversation and a laugh. We loved the Swahita and will stay again in the future.

Incredible staff, crumbling rooms

The staff is amazing and they take care of you so well but the rooms (or at least the one I stayed in) are falling apart. There was a huge hole in my bathroom wall that made me nervous about critters and a lot of the finishes were rusted and old. On the upside I felt safe as a female solo traveler. It’s so incredibly close to everything while still being tucked away from all the Ubud city center noise

We had a great time staying here! The staff learned our names and asked us how we were doing and were always very helpful. There are several breakfast options and they were all good. We had a room with a balcony and the view was amazing! It is generally very quiet there-but it is a little further from the buzz of the city. It was easy to rent a motorbike and book the shuttle to and from the airport. The pool was very nice. We will stay here again if ever in Ubud in the future.

Amazing time

I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was amazing. The staff were do polite and very helpful . They check in with me everyday , I traveled solo ! I felt so safe , they would ask what I to do for the day and once I return how my day went . The room was clean , I had a balcony view . The location was in the perfect area . Walking distance to the market , restaurant's even money forest. I would definitely recommend this place and would plan to stay here again .

I only stayed for one night but it was such a good experience! I arrived after midnight and staff was outside waiting for my arrival. The room and bathroom was big and included little nice amenities. I arrived to a yummy welcome drink and woke up to a delicious breakfast. The location was convenient and walkable to the Saraswati temple which was on my to do list. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay here. All the staff were lovely and super helpful. They got to know my name and it made me feel really welcomed. It was a nice touch for someone who was travelling solo. The hotel is about a 10 min walk into city centre , just off a side road but it feels like you are out in nature. The terrace from my room overlooked a stream, and it was lovely having breakfast on terrace for no extra cost. They have a parking area which makes it easy to be picked up! I didn't have a chance to use pool as I was so busy but it looked inviting. The breakfast is nice although there are also loads of lovely breakfast places in Ubud. They were generous with dispensing water bottles. My only comment for improvement is that it would nice to have a water refilling station so that I could refill bottles instead and minimise plastic waste. Overall brilliant stay

The location is allright but it’s quite a distance to walk to ubud market so we took gobike which is about 7 mins. The room seems musky and wet and moist especially the bed and blanket. Personally, my friend and i don’t sleep well for 2 nights. The service team is friendly and good.

Hotel surrounding was very quiet and calm. Hotel staff also very friendly and helpful. They arranged a free surprise birthday decoration in the room with a birthday cake for my daughter and she really surprised with it. Really thankful to the staff for arranging everything with short notice!🙏 The room was spacious but facilities are less comparatively. (No face tissues or disposable slippers) Our bathroom shower water pressure was very low, but it was ok in our friends’ rooms. Breakfast was good, but it is not a buffet, but you have few options to choose from. Overall our stay was nice and recommended to the travellers who prefer quiet and peaceful surroundings.

It’s a great place. I loved the attention from all the staff specially from the manager. He was super nice, attentive and very professional. The down side of it, it is that they don’t give you wash towels neither hand towels. The breakfast is nice but very limited. Only 5 choices, same choices every single day. There are NOT vegetarian options. Only fruit smoothie, just one kind and maybe waffles. On the other hand, the alley that leads to the hotel is very dark at night. There are lots of pot holes and uneven ground that could easily lead to an accident.

Bird watchers delight, We had a Javan Kingfisher nearly everyday outside our room, along with the Coucals who were hanging in the trees every day. The breakfast only had 1 option for us as we're vegetarian, so that was a bit annoying, But Ubud has some fantastic restaurants in the area, Namaskara down the road for food is awesome! Staff were super friendly, Rooms were a good size, Toilets worked, Balcony was decent, Pool was nice, Bed was good, Pillows good, We had some ants in the room, but the staff sprayed it and we never saw them again. I have one more complaint, albeit minor, I was trying to sleep at 9pm and the staff knocked on our door asking what we wanted for breakfast. This woke me up, and as we had already told them the "Free breakfast" didn't suit our dietary requirements, They kept trying to push us about the breakfast and wouldn't really take no for an answer. We ended up ordering a juice to get them to go away ;)
