The hotel was conveniently located in Chinatown. The room was not as clean as expected however the biggest complaint is that we had to wait for the front desk staff member to show up. This took about 20 minutes but after that everything was smooth,

The location meant we were easily able to get to all of Chinatown, its food stalls, eateries and religious sites but could also get around the city using the underground - which is superb and cheap.

Location very very good. However, if you are looking for a quiet stay, it can be noisy between 2am to 3pm because if garbage clearance trucks. But i am ok with that due to convenience for travel and easy access fir good food.

A hotel at prime location

3 min walk to Chinatown metro station, with Cheers and 7-11 nearby. Easy access to several scenic spots in the area. The room maintenance is quite fine as a boutique hotel changed from an old building. The king size bed is superb.

very well thought contemporary hotel in Chinatown

It is pretty efficient and clean design and layout , well thought modern hotel in Chinatown ( that is very convenient in many ways) So it worth the price certainly. But since it is conversion of good old hotel in Chinatown, so when it rain, water drop hitting sound to air ducts is very noisy at night , and boilers or air condition system are also noisy when you are sleeping.

Super convenient location! MRT station was really close by, heaps of Hawker Centres to check out around the area and loads of cultural/religious sites to explore as well. The room was quite small though and it was very easy to hear what was going on in other rooms - I think I was woken up by someone singing along to Doja Cat one morning and by a baby crying on another instance. There are very evident signs of wear and tear in the rooms but it was decently clean.

Vincent was great. He checked us in, the hotel is a boutique hotel with history around the area. The hotel was renovated and looks chic with the color theme. There wasn’t an issue with space as it gave New York vibes, but the bathroom shower could use some touch up. The silicone around the tiles were growing mildew.

Okay. The room was nice and all that but the real issue was with the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t clean, coupled with the fact that there isn’t much space worsened the experience and the stay.

You cannot get a better location. Easy MRT ride from the airport and walking distance to Chinatown and Maxwell Hawker centers. Safe. Friendly staff who helped before checking in. Give you water everyday. The room is tight for a basic room but you’re just using it to sleep. The only downside is the soap and shampoo offering is terrible. The bottle in the shower is conditioner and body cream. Not sure where the shampoo is. However, still highly recommend.

I requested an additional 30 minutes to check out (from 12:00 to 12:30) due to a business meeting, but my request was denied. While I understand policies may vary, I was disappointed with the way the situation was handled—it felt neither professional nor polite. As a returning guest who has stayed at your hotel three times, I had higher expectations for the level of service. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a loyal guest. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions with guests in similar situations.

Sheets had holes and tears in them, towels were all frayed, shower wasn't clean, and were two minor leaks - one plugged up with old tissues. Basic accommodation but can't get the basics right.
