The room was clean and the staff were friendly, so there were no problems with the stay, but parking was on a first-come, first-served basis, so when it was full guests had to use a nearby paid parking lot.

Free breakfast was provided, with available amenities. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, we chose this hotel since it's close to the ferry port where you can book a tour to see the Yaeyama Islands or catch a ferry to the other islands. The only thing is that the bed was rock hard (I don't mind it but it was difficult for my husband). Otherwise, everything was great!

床がびしょびしょ

価格は非常にコスパも良くて、石垣市内のエリアではコスパに関してはトップクラスかと思います。 朝食も、価格相当で豪華さとかはないですが、最低限のクオリティはあって、生パインジュースや、パインジャムで食べるヨーグルト等の地元の食材を使った物等はとてもおいしくてよかったです。 スタッフさんも総じて印象が良くて嫌な思いなどは一切しませんでした。 立地はちょっと微妙です。美崎町までは徒歩で10分くらいですが、スコールが急にくるし、夏場ですごく晴れていたりすると、小さい子供がいると徒歩で繁華街まで行くのはきびしいかもです。タクシーを何度か使いましたが、ワンメーターでほぼ飲食店は行けると思います。 で、一番の不満点は、チェックインした最初から、ベッド横のテレビの前のエリア半畳分くらいのじゅうたんがびしょびしょに濡れていて、最終日にはその濡れてる面積が1畳以上の広さにまで広がり、冷蔵庫を開けるにも、冷蔵庫前に立つと、靴下がびしょびしょになってしまって、室内スリッパをい履いていても、スリッパがぐっしょり濡れて靴下にまでしみ込んでくるので、すごく不快な思いをしました。 そもそも広い部屋でもないのに、そこにさらに絨毯が畳1畳分濡れていて立ち入れないので、冷蔵庫を使えないし、室内で立ち入れる面積がすごく狭くなってしまっていたので、そもそも宿泊商品としても役務を満たせてないのでは？と思うほどでした。 2台のベッドがあったのですが、そのうち1台のテレビ側のベッドを、濡れてない側に移動させて部屋のレイアウトを変えて過ごしました。 これ以上絨毯の濡れの面積が広がらないようにしようと、冷蔵庫から何かもれてるのか？クーラーからの水なのか、自分で原因突き止めようと色々調べたのですが、まったくわかりませんでした。 チェックアウト時に、その旨伝えたのですが「すいませんでした」だけの一言で、残念でした。 ホテルの室内で床がびちょびちょである一定割合の面積が使い物にならないって、商品としてどうなんでしょう？ 宿泊している最中にも、濡れた床の水を吸い取る為にタオルの追加をフロントにお願いしたのですが、「床が濡れてまして」って伝えても、思い当たる節はある？のか「あー。。。」みたいな反応だけで、部屋を交換してくれるでもなく、チェックアウト時に伝えても、何かを補償してくれるでもなく、そこがはやり残念でした。
