We chose this hotel because it was close to Disney Tokyo. There’s not a lot else around that’s easily walkable. Luckily the hotel has a shuttle that runs atleast once an hour. So it was simple enough to work around the schedule if you don’t want to pay for taxi’s or Ubers.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the guest gifts and its so nice that there's a foot/calf massager in the rooms. It is very much appreciated after walking all day at Tokyo Disneyland. We also really liked the evening rice over soup that the hotel gave out for free. We'll come back to Hiyori and highly recommend it.

Loved that this hotel has a shuttle that takes you to JR Station Maihama. We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Disney parks and it was super nice that we had the hotel shuttle as an option. There aren’t that many places to eat next to the hotel but everything is relatively close either walking distance or train/bus.

This hotel was phenomenal! The breakfast was AMAZING! It was so convenient that there was a shuttle during the morning for going to the Tokyo Disney Resort, and in the evening to return to the hotel. The rooms are so clean, and the service was incredible. We so enjoyed ourselves!

Hiyori hotel,At first glance the building was well maintained and the thing that I think stood out is the treatment we got.They were friendly and always there and welcoming.The manner of this hotel was great and same goes with the food and comfort.Overall it’s a must-try.

I like that they offer free water bottles in the room, free drinks and gifts at lobby area, and free late night meal with rice. It is a great place for familu.with kids. They also offer foot massage machine in the room which both my son and I used after a long day walk. I wish the free bus shuttle services is also offered during the afternoon. We had to take taxi to hotel/train station in the afternoon hours.

This park was beautiful and all of the cast members were friendly and helpful. We visited with a disability pass and the process less than user friendly. The process 2as not explained well on the website and when we tried to clarification at customer service upon arrival, we were directed to the rides. Not knowing how to use the pass we waited in line for 30 minutes, then the cast member moved us to the standby line, but our wait increased from the remaining 30 minutes to 65 minutes. Then the pass was entered incorrectly and we almost had to wait another 45. That confusion was cleared up, however the second cast member had already entered a standby which we then had to wait around for expiration before we could sign up for another ride. I feel like there must be a more guest friendly way for this to operate. Ultimately we did enjoy the attractions we were able to ride.
