Had a pleasant two night stay. Loved the courtesy and work ethic of the staff. The big hearty breakfast was something else. Kitchen looked impeccably clean. Overall, the hotel needs refurbishment especially near the pool area.

Hotel was lovely and the town was very nice (a bit faded maybe). Pool on roof was more like a bath tub, but spa was great on lower ground floor. No-one manned the bar in the 3 days we were there, but there are plenty of bars just outside the hotel gates. Restaurant was very nice.

Heavily overpriced and not worth it

Not sure how this hotel reached the rating it has reached. No AC, dirty laundry rooms, extra charge for wellness, the breakfast a joke. The price: 150€ per night.

Restfull holiday, worth a visit

The property has been expertly upgraded, modernised but have managed to keep the traditional elements in place. Parking was readily available, free, in the grounds with the addition of an underground car park, chargeable.Room was very good size, comfortable, quiet with good comfortable beds. Although the pool was small, not for swimming in, it was agreat place to cool off in the heat. It was well kept, cleaned and being beside the pool bar, open all da, was a bonus. Ample sun loungers . Be aware that the main restaurant is not inside , it has been set outside on the terrace with ample umbrella coverings. Food was excellent but in my opinion a little expensive. Breakfast was also plentiful and served indoors with a good choice, all be it too many sweet items for me. Must compliment their ability to keep the hot food hot was excellent. Most unusual in other hotels. Only disappointment was the fact that the town's Therme next door was closed for a 2 year renovation project. Would go again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante il nostro road trip in Italia, per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Dopo due settimane di viaggio cercavamo un posto tranquillo dove rilassarci e farci coccolare, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente. Sinceramente penso che questo hotel mantenga le sue 5 stelle solo perché nessuno le ha più verificate da tempo. È un buon 3 stelle, un 4 stelle nella media, ma sicuramente non un 5 stelle per qualità del servizio. Poiché i bambini non sono ammessi alla SPA, ho chiesto se fosse disponibile un servizio di baby-sitting tramite un partner esterno: mi hanno guardato come se avessi chiesto di montare un trampolino in camera, per poi rispondermi ridendo che no, non era possibile. La prima camera assegnata non aveva acqua calda. La “soluzione” proposta? Andare a farci la doccia nella stanza accanto, in attesa che il tecnico intervenisse il giorno dopo… Ho rifiutato e ci hanno spostati nella stessa camera un piano più in basso. Perché non proporla subito? E perché non offrire un upgrade, sapendo che era il nostro anniversario e che l’hotel non era pieno? A colazione bisogna fermare un cameriere per chiedere una bevanda calda, che arriva con calma anche se la sala non è affollata. Il ristorante Cantina Storica è stata un’altra delusione: piatti poco curati e sapori deludenti. In sintesi, un soggiorno molto al di sotto delle aspettative per un hotel che si presenta come un 5 stelle. Non torneremo.

Accueil très professionnel. De passage comme chaque année, pas pour la destination mais l’établissement, où j’y retrouve le calme, un service régulier, tout comme les prestations, un souvenir me revient à chaque passage : les scellés sur la porte de chambre qui justifiaient de l’état sanitaire de la chambre. Durant la pandémie, c’était le seul à le pratiquer. Il serait agréable que le bar soit un peu plus présent. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Espace détente compris dans l’offre agréable. Terrasse plaisante. Petit déjeuner correct. Parking facile d’accès. Je lui trouve un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Séjour excellent à l’hôtel. Personnel accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et calme. Aide pour les bagages. Peignoirs & bonnets mit à disposition gratuitement. Buffet de petit déjeuner excellent et du choix. Places de parking limités gratuites sinon par jour c’est 15€. Petit bémol pour les cafards dans le SPA mais c’est un peu un endroit de développement pour eux … Le SPA est interdit aux enfants de moins de 3 ans Pour les autres de 3 à 10ans uniquement le matin de 10h à 12h30 environ sinon c’est à la piscine extérieur. Dans le SPA piscine couverte chauffé avec un jacuzzi Deux saunas à température différentes, douche froide Bain à la turc, salle de sel, bain chaud avec bulles etc Je vous conseille à proximité à deux minutes à pieds la pizzeria chez Willy excellente !

The hotel itself is very beautiful and luxurious. The location is also great, you have lots of restaurants nearby. I arrived at the hotel with 3 luggages and I wished the reception would have asked me to help out with carrying my luggages to the room since I saw other luggages being taken care of, besides that I would recommend this if you are looking to relax!

Excellent hôtel bien placé et confortable

Très bon hôtel à Salsommagiore, confort et qualité du spa, bon petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. Seul reproche (pour ceux qui apprécient une chambre fraîche) : il fait assez chaud et difficile de baisser la température en-dessous d’un certain niveau.
