Great property and staff! They were so helpful with the area and walk through of the room and where to find everything. We were leaving for our flight around 6:30 am and they pre packed us a breakfast for the next morning, it was very thoughtful and appreciated. Lots of great restaurants nearby and very walkable to almost the entire city.

A wonderful place to stay.

A great little place to stay. Modern bright decor and clean. Wonderful selection of food at breakfast. Amazingly one morning we were leaving before breakfast so a breakfast hamper was left in our room the night before. A taxi was arranged for us to go to the airport as well. Great service and a great place to stay.

Good hotel, good lovation, great staff

Very easy to get to Hotel, good location close to metros, attractions and some good food. Reception are super lovely and helpful. My only complaint is that the room is next to the reception desk so you get alot of noise from breakfast groups and people who arrive at 11pm, or anyone locked out.

This was an amazing hotel that was so accommodating. We got into town late and they communicated so well how we could access our room. The room was spacious and well thought out - thank you extra mirrors! They also let us keep our luggage on site for a little bit while we went on a food tour of the area. Such a fun neighborhood with tons of restaurants nearby! We would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was lovely. The room was spacious and very clean. The complementary breakfast was an added bonus. We only stayed for one night, but it was very nice. The reason I gave 4 stars (not 5) was that the air conditioner had a serious drip that needed a bucket under it. We notified the staff and because it was Sunday, we assume they had someone attend to it Monday - after we checked out.

Modern and clean with hard bed.

The location is great because near the train station and underground metro system. We walked everywhere. Took the train to Pompeii. Modern and clean but the bed was too hard for us. The breakfast was okay. Hard boiled eggs, salad, ham, salami, and cheese. Fresh fruits and wonderful juice. Dry cereals and lots of pastries and cakes, which we don’t eat in the morning. The coffee was good. Side note: Our taxi driver charged us 25 Euro from the train station to the hotel which was a rip off. We could have walked.

We only stayed for one night so it is hard to provide a full review. The pre-check in communication was excellent and we were warmly greeted and provided with great information about the hotel and surrounding area. We had to leave early and were not able to take advantage of the full breakfast, but the hotel provided 'breakfast in a bag' for us in lieu, which was much appreciated, as well as welcome apertivo drinks. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite being on a major road, it was very quiet in the room. My only qualm is that the air conditioning unit leaked water and since it was above the step to the bathroom, it was somewhat dangerous in the nighttime.

This property is just like it looks in the photos. It's pretty spacious. Our room had two balconies overlooking different streets. The staff was helpful both online (before we arrived) and in person (after we arrive left). The girl working reception that checked us in was especially helpful. She booked our taxi to the airport and explained various options for getting around the city. We were running low on euro cash so she made sure the taxi would accept scredit card. We left early in the 🌅 so she left food for us and also clearly explained how to checkout and exit since reception would be closed. Friendly, cheerful service like that always makes the stay better.

No working shower, poor WiFi, soiled bedding

The good: They allowed an early check in when I arrived early and sick in Naples. The front desk person at check in was kind and did their best to be helpful. The bad: No working shower and no compensation or attempt to allow us to shower in another room or at another property they own (nextdoor). Morning staff was rude and unhelpful. Ownership made no attempt to reach out. We couldn’t even find anyone who worked there 90% of the time including at check out. The WiFi is non-existent. There were black streaks across the backs of both pillows (as though housekeeping noticed and just turned them over instead of changing them). And I can’t stress this enough - no working shower in our room. We were initially told it would be fixed by morning but come morning the only thing they said to us was to get out by 10:30 or be charged more. Unbelievable they did not feel responsible for providing the bare minimum- clean bed, working bathroom. Breakfast was subpar and we didn’t end up eating it.

Nice spacious and clean rooms with AC and large screen TV. WiFi was also good. Kettle in the room but with poor choice of teas and no coffee in room available No VIP perks offered at all. Breakfast was very basic with no vegan options or alternative milk. Even local specialties (like sfogliatelle) looked like pre-packaged/de-frosted ones, which is a shame in a city where every cafe offers wonderful pastries.
