Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war für mich und meine Familie ein Alptraum. Mir wurde ein falsches heruntergekommenes Zimmer ( Alter verschmutzter Teppich) für zwei Personen zugeteilt. Meine Familie musste quer in ein Bett schlafen. Gebucht hatte ich ein modernes( Parketboden auf den Bildern bei Expedia) Dreibett Comfort Zimmer mit Zusatzbett für vier Personen(Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern). Das Hotel und Expedia haben mir nicht geholfen und mich abgewimmelt. Ich wünsche keinen diese Erfahrung und kann daher weder das Hotel noch Expedia weiterempfehlen.

This was a late booking as our plans changed. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The underground parking was great. Nice small suburb of Cologne with nice restaurants and a town square.

Die Damen am Empfang sehr freundlich und nett, haben sich gekümmert. Das Personal beim frühstüc, hat nicht mal den Mund aufbekommen. Als die Gäste raus waren , dann war das geläster allerdings schnell groß. Ich hätte eigentlich gar nicht das Frühstück zahlen müssen, es wurde nirgends abgefragt welche Zimmer Nummer man hat (ob man überhaupt berechtigt ist) Mein Zimmer selbst war wahrscheinlich kurz zuvor umgebaut worden. Im Bad war noch bauschaum an den Wänden von der Zarge und an der Toilette selbst waren noch Aufkleber dran mit Strichcodes und Barcode.
