Reception guy was e mess.

When i explained at the reception guy that i am in hurry and dont have time to take breakfast i asked if possible to take a sandwich for take away and he told me no. Then i needed to leave my luggage for couple of hours in the hotel after check in and the answer was no. The guy was acting very weird, singing in the reception. I wont go back there.

El personal es poco amable, especialmente la recepcionista de la mañana. La habitación es barata comparada con otras opciones en la misma zona de Köln, pero aún así creo que queda debiendo. Huele a encerrado, mobiliario muy viejo, demasiado pequeño. El baño aunque pequeño, limpio y agradable. El acceso al hotel es fácil. Y la zona llena de lugares para comer o buscar víveres.

他にも口コミに書いている人がいましたが、1階の部屋でしたが水回りの生臭さと芳香剤のような臭いがひどく、窓もないため換気ができず息が詰まりました。 チェックアウトの際、フロントの男性がずっと電話で話をしており、インボイスをお願いしたのですがなかなかすぐに対応くださいませんでした。 用事があったため10分ほど離れて戻ったところまだお電話されていましたが、インボイスについて尋ねたところ、スーツケースにインボイスの入った封筒を叩きつけられました… お電話は仕方ないと思いますが、このようなことがあるので急ぎで移動の用事のある方は余裕を持ってチェックアウトされることをおすすめします。 お部屋の匂いとインボイスの渡され方は不快に感じたため、次回は利用しないと思います。

Appalling. DO NOT STAY here. Cashing in on ANuga bedrooms are disgusting dirty blood on walls. No lift. No apology. Booked 2 double rooms and were given 2 single rooms. Waiting for a response from manager but nothing. Threadbare carpets. Toilet in the shower. No space to swing a cat. Disgusting.
