近くにコンビニが2店舗あり便利な反面、日曜日ということもあり近隣の飲食店の閉店が早い点が残念だった。エアコンから水が垂れていたこと、トイレの鍵が閉まらなかったこと、などメンテナンスが必要。

10泊しました。それぐらい泊まったら、さすがに1回ぐらいはシーツを交換してくれてもよかったのではないかと思います。エリア周辺は飲食店も多くて便利でした。

ワンルームマンション風で良い
ライブ鑑賞とドライブ目的で２泊しました。
シャワー、トイレ、空調、ベッド、テレビ、Wifi、問題なかったです。タオルはバスタオルと中ぐらいのタオルの２種類。自分はもう１サイズ小さいのもあるとありがたかったです。
スリッパも置いてありましたが、サンダルを履いていたので使わなかったです。
料理は結局しなかった。鍋は備え付けのが一応あったみたいです。電気ポットがありましたが、やかんはなかったような気がします。
洗濯機も使わなかった。
冷蔵庫は冷凍庫つきなので、コンビニで買った氷とか、食べきれなかった総菜とかもいったん入れておいたりできました。電子レンジもあり。コンビニは徒歩１分。
駐車場が、敷地内は７〜８台しか止められずライブからの戻りで夜遅いと満車、第２駐車場がすぐそばにあるが雑草も茂ってい たりする空き地みたいなところなのが残念。雨には降られませんでしたが。
チェックアウトは、鍵を１階のボックスに入れて終わり。

施設は綺麗で、近くにコンビニと十字路があるため飲食も徒歩圏内で可能でした。

洗濯機があり荷物が減らせました。
部屋も清潔感がありました。
ただキッチンを使用すると布巾がなかったので
水浸しになるのでキッチンペーパーが常備されていたらいいなと思いましたが、受付の方がタオルをサービスしてくれて対応してくれたのが良かったです。
