We were only in Tours for one night but L’Adresse was perfect! Very comfortable accommodations, but not fancy. The town was bustling with great restaurants and fun. The hotel owner, Isham, went out of his way to make sure we met our connection for our Backroads bike trip in St Pierre de Corps when the taxi didn’t show up for us in the morning. He took us himself!

Great location in Tours

The location of L'Adresse Hotel is excellent. Our room was on the front with a small balcony and the double windows took care of any street noise. Room was a bit smaller than expected, but we're used to small rooms in France. Housekeeping was excellent. We had several days of rain so it would have been nice to have access to the lobby area, but it was closed most of the time. We also had to call for check in even though we arrived within the checkin window. Generally, there was no one at the front desk during most of the day.

We had a fine stay at this hotel, but the room was quirky. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow. The room was a decent size and comfortable, but the toilet was in a separate room from the sink and shower, which was interesting. The walls are VERY thin; thankfully the other guests were not very loud. The reception desk is only staffed from 3-8:30 pm, so there is no option to drop your luggage if you arrive early. The hotel is in a nice location to cafes, so we killed time for a few hours nearby until someone arrived. Overall, a decent stay.

Great location! Very nice room in the old section of town with many restaurants & shopping within walking distance. It's relatively close to the train station (about 15 min walk), but it's easy to take public transportation or a taxi. We didn't have breakfast there, but it looked very nice with a well-appointed breakfast room. The owner (I believe), was very nice when checking in and helpful when we ran into a small problem. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you prefer staying in boutique hotels rather than large, impersonal chain hotels.

Great location and a cool historical building. There is no elevator and we were on the 4th floor.Great location in Tours. Average room with limited amenities. Limited services and Expensive breakfast for what you get. Good value for what you pay.

Nous avons aimé notre nuit à L'adresse boutique hotel. Personnel adorable, chambre sympa et propre, literie confortable, petit déjeuner délicieux. Si on devait faire une petite remarque constructive ce serait d'allumer le chauffage dans la chambre un certain temps avant l'arrivée du client de manière à que la température soit agréable en prenant possession de la chambre. Sinon tout était parfait

J’ai fait une réservation à 20h15 car j’ai eu un RDV programmé le lendemain à tours à la dernière minute. Réservation validée je saute d ans l’avion et arrivé 1h15 plus tard à l’hôtel j’appelle on me dit que la réception est fermée depuis 20h30 et qu’on ne peut rien faire pour moi et soit disant on m’avait envoyé un message pour me prévenir. Je fais pression pour obtenir un remboursement insistant sur le fait que j’avais pas l’info et la pour se proteger l’hôtel m’envoie le lendemain à 5h ce fameux message censé me prévenir qu’ils vont fermer. Et du coup c’est considéré comme un no show donc je suis facturé sans avoir dormi dans la chambre. Tout simplement de la malhonnêteté. À fuir!!!
