This hotel is great! We had a wonderful experience with the staff and cleanliness of the property. My only warning is no parking at hotel. There are public car parks nearby that allow free overnight parking. Keep this in mind while booking. I would stay here again after understanding the parking situation.

Loved it!!!
Perfect place to stay prior to the Milford Track or other hiking....while also great for non-hikers! Located just on edge of "downtown" area. Loved it here! Planning to stay again next year!!! I stayed over Christmas and the staff left stockings on our door with little gifts...so thoughtful. :o)

Great hotel! Very close to the city center and was very easy to walk to, maybe a 5 minute walk. The room was nice and clean, the view from the roof was incredible, and the concierge gave great tips for stuff to do. I was also able to store my luggage easily after checking out as I had a late flight, and I didn’t worry once since my bag was stored in a secure, locked room. Would definitely recommend.
