Check in took over half an hour. We were third in line and by the time we finished there were eight parties waiting behind us. While it is the best bang for your buck it is a motel not a hotel. Spend $100 extra and go to a professional new property.

No sound proofing between rooms at all. Was awake most of the night, could hear everything in room next door when a family arrived late and were making a lot of noise until 5am. Don’t think the room or hotel has been renovated for at least 50 years. The bathroom was filthy. Staff were helpful and location was good.

Todo muy mal. No os alojéis aquí. Lo barato sale caro. Nos tuvimos que ir del hotel nada más llegar, habían tenido además una avería y nos querían meter en una habitación con todo chorreando y la solución que nos dieron era poner cubos y toallas por el suelo…Al quejarnos nos llevaron a otra habitación todavía peor que cada paso salía del suelo agua de toda la acumulación de la avería. Un horror. Ojalá pudiera subir vídeo. Suciedad y humedad por todas partes y las instalaciones no las han cuidado desde hace años.

I reserve two queen bed and they didn’t have it, the first room was dirty the sofa bed had pee then the lady front the front desk which was so nice help me chance to another room on the second night and it was much better

Proximity to Legoland is its main plus. Very run down. Breakfast was very poor. Sound between rooms made it extremely difficult to sleep. Literally a 2 inch gap under the door separating guest rooms. Would not stay again.

Absolutely filthy. Outlets don't hold plugs. Light bulbs burned out or missing. Room smelled of old cigarettes. Thin walls. TV on/off button (because the batteries died in the remote) was sticky and smelled of orange like a lid had stuck his grubby sticky fingers over every surface.

Nastiest, dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in…the stink from the elevator through the room was horrible, I had to buy spray deodorizer…no hot water for shower at night…never stay at this location…better off camping in a tent

The charged for a resort fee. The staff was, NASTY! there were no towels available for the pool. The breakfast included was not actually included. Spend the xtra money and go anywhere else. the room was updayed nut the bathroom wasn't. no hot water.
