If you love a boutique hotel, but wish it had more space, this is the place for you. The quirkily designed rooms and public areas are immaculately kept and much larger than you'd expect them to be - the lounge and breakfast room (with patio) especially are surprisingly sizeable. The breakfast itself is constantly replenished by the lovely staff, who will happily make you an espresso or cappuccino if you ask. Oh, and there's a spa - and what a spa! Often, these are dingy spaces that aren't well kept, but this one is sublime - great pool, hot sauna/steam rooms and the jets at the end of the pool and in the jacuzzi... wow. They're probably doing themselves out of money, as you won't need to pay for a massage with the pummelling they can deliver. The location is ideal for Porta Nouva station and many of the main sites you'll want to see. You really can't top the Victoria for the price point.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic spa. If you are a lap swimmer, this is your place. The pool has two jets which turn an otherwise really nice pool into and endless swim pool. Perfection. Breakfast was great. Service was great. We’d stay here every time we are in Turin.

Great, traditional style hotel in the centre of Turin - easy to walk to all of the attractions. Super friendly staff and lovely to eat breakfast in the courtyard garden. Only downside was the noisy A/C but at least we had A/C which was very welcome. Very quiet at night otherwise.

A lovely hotel at the very heart of Turin city! The spa is really well decorated and a must-do! Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent with lot of local products. The only negative point is the lack of boiler and free tea/coffee in the room that we could expect for a 4-star hotel. But I totally recommend and would like to come back!

Unique and charming city hotel

Lovely hotel in the heart of Turin. We really enjoyed the clean spa, although both jacuzzis had luke-warm (and not hot) water. We were very happy with our unique two-floor room on the 5th floor, with a little staircase, very comfortable king size bed, and a nice balcony overlooking an interior court and with a nice view. The hotel staff was very professional, and helpful in Italian, Englsh, and French. The only thing we found a bit difficult is the parking, as the parkng the hotel recommends is located a couple blocks away from the hotel, which makes the check-in less smooth than desired, especially after a long drive. We would definitely return to this hotel.

The rooms were very basic. Not a lot of amenities. The TV was small. It could not be watched from the bed. The AC was not working (The days were already pretty hot). The Hotel has on-site parking, but during the 5 days we were there they could not find a place for our car. The location is great and the breakfast is good.

It's definitely a cosmopolitan hotel; I heard at least 5 different languages spoken among the guests while we were there. Turin itself is beautiful and this hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you like a classic place filled with antiques. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. But, there were good and some not-so-good things. The good: The common areas are charming. The garden is beautiful and so is the outdoor patio with lots of cozy seating. What really makes this place worth it is the spa and the breakfast. The spa staff was above and beyond helpful. The staff in general were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They speak multiple languages very well and it was helpful when I could switch from Italian to English as I'm still in the beginner stages of speaking Italian. The not-so-good: The heat was turned all the way up and it was suffocating in our suite. I had to sleep with the balcony doors open and woke up to mosquito bites. In addition, I requested the option to reserve online and pay in person and that request was not honored. It significantly complicated my situation and I was not pleased at all. It would have been nice to find staff during the breakfast hours to request something other than drip coffee and tea. The staff was nowhere to be seen and they did not make themselves visible while we were dining (around 7:40 am). Some things are a bit dated and could use some refurbishing (like the ancient elevator).
