Düğün için 2gece 3 gün konakladık. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Odalarda ufak tefek iyileştirmeler yapılabilir (örn. Duşakabin yarı açık olduğu için su etrafa taşıyor). Kahvaltı açık büfe idi genel olarak lezzetli ancak standart bir otel kahvaltısı idi, yöresel ürünleri görmek daha keyifli olabilirdi. Oda kartları sık sık arızalandığı için birkaç kez düzelttirmek durumunda kaldık. Otelin konumu iyiydi.

otel niğde için en iyisi ama sanırım bu alternatifsizlik sebebiyle fiyatlar yüksek.. kaldığımız süit oda çok geniş, balkonlu ve jakuzili (havuz bile denebilir) harika bir oda idi tek sorun jakuziden kaynaklı bir koku vardı.. otelin otoparkı yok, çevredeki sokaklara park etmek zorundasınız bu güzel değildi... (2 adet açık elektrikli araç şarj istasyonu/park yeri var).. kahvaltı kötü değil ama iyi de değil..

Otelde güvenlik, bell boy, karşılama ve otopark yok bunlar eksileri ancak personel güler yüzlü ve becerikli. Ben sigara içilmeyen oda rezerve etmiştim ama sigaralı oda verdiler. İtirazımı ilettim, otel dolu olduğu için fiyat farkı almadan delux odaya upgrade ettiler. Otel yeni olduğundan tertemiz ve konforlu. Niğde de memnuniyetle kalınabilecek bir otel.

1 hafta önceden rezervasyon yapiyoruz. Otele giris saati 14:00 ama biz 16:00 da girmemize ragmen bize hazirlanmis bir oda yok. 1 saat beklettiriyolar. Sonra odaya çıkıyoruz. Sigara içilebilir oda seçmeme ragmen sigara içilmeyen oda veriyolar. Sonra tekrar asagi iniyoruz. Farketmedik diyolar. Yine 1 saat bekliyoruz baska odayi. Bu yuzden gelmem bir daha.

Berbat Bir Konaklama Deneyimi

Bizim için berbat bir konaklama deneyimi oldu. Arabamızın kapısını kapatmakta dahi zorlandığımız korkunç rüzgârlı bir havada valizlerimizi hamile eşimle birlikte koşturarak içeriye taşımaya çalışırken öküz gibi dışarıyı izleyen birkaç çalışanın hiçbir şekilde yardım etmediği bir otelde konakladık maalesef. Üstelik bagajdan eşyalarımızı çıkarırken üstümüze çatıdan bir parça düştü ve bagaj kapağına çarpıp bagajın içine girdi. O sırada bir çalışan yanımıza gelip bırakın yardım etmeyi, parçayı aldığı gibi tekrar içeri girdi. Allah korusun o parça eşimin başına düşseydi ne olurdu düşünmek bile istemiyorum. Eşyaları güçlükle içeri taşıyıp, Lobideki çalışana Vale yok mu diye sorduğumda, "düğün var efendim" cevabını aldık. Odaya çıkar çıkmaz resepsiyonu aradım ve durumu anlatıp hemen Yöneticileriyle görüşmek istediğimi söyledim. Ancak Yönetici "unvanlı" şahıs Allah korusun büyük bir olay yaşanma ihtimalini dahi dikkate almayıp düğün yoğunluğunu bahane ederek Muhasebe çalışanı Sena hanımı bizimle ilgilenmek üzere yönlendirmiş. Olay neresinden tutarsan tut elinde kalıyor. Gerçi Sena hanım çok kibardı ve bizden defalarca özür diledi. Kamera kayıtlarından ilgisiz çalışanları tespit edeceğini ve mutlaka bunun yaptırımı olacağını söyledi. Ancak lütfedip bizlerle muhatap olmayan Yöneticisinin umursamazlığı karşısında misafir karşılamasını bilmeyen eğitimsiz insanlardan ne bekleyebilirsiniz ki? Bu, Ramada'daki ilk ve son kalışımız oldu. Hiç kimseye de konaklamalarını tavsiye etmem.

Very Noisy Night club and lot of traffic noise in the room. I asked for non smoking but was given a smoking room. I paid for a club room got an ordinary room. Staff was RUDE
