"This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza in 2025, February 2025 and October 2025. I have also stayed for varying periods over the last 3 years. Two of my previous referrals stayed with me in October 2025. I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. I was delighted to receive VIP treatment on arrival. On checkout, one of your reception staff helped me with my suitcase as workmen on Floor 6 had closed off the main lifts. He remained very calm and stayed with me until it arrived. The highlight for me on this stay was to access your magnificent bar! "We didn't eat at the hotel. Lots of restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. Only downside was bed. Pad on top kept sliding off to one side and bathroom was small but snacks for sale in the lobby was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. "
"A great hotel in the centre. Intriguing layout, decoration, secret passages and rooms (if you're nosy enough), and very quiet at night. Would definitely go back, but probably won't, because Brussels itself is a disappointing, confused and uninspiring mess. That said, if you're there because you have to be, then Craves will not disappoint! And the staff were superb."
