"This hotel has become my standard for my last night in Abq. I return the rent car the night before flying out in the morning. Their shuttle service is 24/7 and no waiting usually. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. This hotel has recently renovated the rooms. Everything is clean. Has a bar and restaurant. "

"Love this Hotel, amenities are abounding. My 3rd stay here, and it's been immaculate and comfortable every time. Fyi, The pool (seasonal) faces the mountains, absolutely stunning. Staff are efficient and kind. Spa is wonderful too, in a beautiful building next to the hotel."

"Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating, except for Friday aft at 3:30 pm, Nov.7. Woman at front desk was terse,; just asked us for Name and ID, nothing else offered, no hello...welcome...no info about breakfast times, etc. Not a friendly start to our stay at Baymont. We stayed for 3 nights and other staff in the days following were friendly, accommodating....breakfast room staff was great, clean area, and made sure all items were available when they became empty. We would stay here again."
