"We did not pick breakfast options but is satisfied with other services, such as free minibar, etc. hotel supplied 2 memory foam pillows straight away after receiving guests first night feedback. Hotel is warm and clean, quiet and convenient (close to central stations),staffs are warm and helpful,.. A stay filled with warm memories for us! Definitely will choose this hotel again if coming back to Luzern city!"

"The hotel was centrally located near the train station and Old Town. There were excellent restaurants located in the hotel. The room was very nice and there was in-room coffee which we appreciated! We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend. "
