"The Hyatt isn’t what it used to be. It may have been in an older room on the 11th floor but there were parts of the carpet that were a little sticky in the bathroom floor was sticky as well. I had to wipe it down. There was also long brown hair on the outside of the toilet basin. Got an early check in and the bar area was open and nice"
